Llandudno Central Townhouse

The location is a flat short walk to pier, eateries and shopping. Lovely breakfast and dinners out in close proximity to property. The property is on a quiet narrow street. We managed to get on street parking right outside the property, but you do need to mount the kerb to drive past the other cars already parked on the street. The propery is of a good size with good furnishings and comfy beds (if you like them on the slightly firmer side as I do). It was also clean and tidy. There is a good sized shower. We only used a couple of glasses and cups so can't comment on what was available for cooking, but there was a good size fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher from what we could see. There was some longline milk in the fridge & welsh cakes. There was also tea and coffee in the canister, but the coffee was all hard, luckily we had taken our own. All in all, a lovely property with some minor things that could be changed easily. We did enjoy our stay.

Not that we really disliked the property at all, but there were a few things that could do with a little more thought that would have made our stay more enjoyable. Firstly, mentioning that the stairs were very steep as they were a struggle for my elderly parents, they managed, but my father nearly fell down them on one occasion. Secondly, putting at least one wardrobe in the property maybe helpful. There was hooks on the door of the top floor, but if you used them then there was nowhere to hang damp towels. Thirdly, placing a mirror and dressing table in the rooms and near an electrical socket for drying/straightening/curling hair would have been very helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

This place was perfect for staying with my family. The rooms were spacious, and the location was very close to the beach and free parking was available near the property. The place was easy to get to and very clean.

Nothing as such.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect 👌. It was a nice touch to be provided with tea/coffee and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge, plus the delicious Welsh cakes.
