The property was beautiful and the fact it was a house with seating in the back garden made it even more lovely. The views from the front door were stunning.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice house within easy reach of Town and the Great Orme, although a car is absolutely necessary unless you’re a proper mountain hiker! Great communication with Jo all through the booking. On street car parking as easy. Internet was great and necessary as Llandudno is a 5G black spot. Top tip: Take screen shots of check in details because you won’t access them when you get there! We plan to visit again out of season with our dogs so we can get some exploring done!

We loved the space in the house ! Very bright and airy And as we were holidaying With two young grandchildren it was ideal as they had quite a lot of inside space to play with their toys ! also a smart TV brilliant for children ! ( we stayed in different accommodation last year with our grandchildren and for what we paid I don't think its acceptable they didn't have one ) Separate living and dining space also worked really well !! The bedrooms were a great size for a terraced house too, kitchen well equipped , but as we stayed for 7 nights i think a little more food cupboard space would be useful ? The house was beautifully clean and really well decorated to ! And Jo had provided a lot of practical extras too which were really useful ! The outside space a real bonus !! And we managed to use it a lot even though the weather wasn't brilliant ! The view of the great Orme from that little courtyard space was wonderful !! And so peaceful ! Parking wasn't really an issue either even though it was in the school holidays, bus route very close to house which we didn't actually use but could be very useful , as parking in the town or on the seafront can be busy And although we never actually met , Our host Jo was superb ! Keeping in touch to check we were enjoying our stay, and that everything was going ok for us, responding very quickly and positively when we needed something sorting out

Just small practical things which didn't spoil our stay at all! It would be very useful to have several clothes / towel hooks on the back of bathroom door ??

The attention to detail in preparation for our stay was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful, the views are stunning and everything is clean and tidy. The guest book with all the information we could possibly need during our stay was a lovely touch and very helpful. We will definitely be back again.

The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked for longer. Will definitely be back. Thank you again.
