The Cadnant Holiday House

The property is lovely and the extra areas of the pool and cinema room are a great touch. The beds are comfy and the shower and toileting facilties perfect.  The bar area is a lovely addition to your stay. And the kitchen facilties perfect. The local area is lovely, we would recommend the Cottage Loaf pub, and The Kings Head, for drinks and food and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed to walk Snowdon and it was a great location with only an easy 35 minute drive away.

There is not really anywhere to kick back and chill as only 1 small sofa that fits 3 people. There are some bar stools, and in the dining room, there are wooden benches and chairs but these are only comfortable for a short time. There is no outside seating area at all, front or back, unless you are sat in the hot tub. It does state on booking.com that there is outside furniture, a sun terrence, and a pinic area, but this is not accurate. This is a real shame if the weather is good. The seating at the front of the house that is in the picture is not there as it has been removed to allow additional parking. While the extra parking is great,  because you are not allowed out the back after 10pm, which is monitored by CCTV, you don't get any outside living.   The CCTV feels invasive when you are in the hottub as it records any outside movement, i understand it is a liability need, but it makes you feel like you're on big brother, not on holiday. It would be good to have a few practical things like a shoe rack for walking boots and a coat stand to hang wet jackets. Please ask for the T&C before booking as they are not truely reflected on the booking.com policies section or important information and ensure that you read them hroughly, as we did not and had most of our money deducted from our security deposit.  Please ensure that glasses are not used in the hottub as it is not mentioned in the T & Cs, but it was in the feedback we received.  We were also deducted money for dog hair on the stairs for extra cleaning, despite the additional dog charge. Dogs aren't allowed upstairs, and ours don't go upstairs anyway, but dog hair from socks and people up and down does cause this, so be mindful.  Helen and Stephen have a lovely property, but we wouldn't stay again or recommend because of the invasiveness felt by the CCTV and outside restrictions.

Steve and Helen were brilliant hosts. nothing was too much trouble. both very pleasant always had time to chat,and even rang an eaterie for us when we were struggling to get in anywhere. Breakfasts were lovely and hot which we loved. . Bonus it had a bar.

Couple who own this were lovely, really friendly on arrival and couldn't help enough carrying our luggage upstairs.

As a women the only thing I would say is I would have liked a long mirror in the room so I could do my makeup as there wasn't room for a chair in the room and the mirror was rather high. That's literally it tho

Really nice Guest House and staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and i would highly recommend Cadnant Guest House to anyone looking to visit Llanddudno.

great location close to town centre and only ten mins from the pier very clean room was small but adequate very friendly hosts we didn’t eat there. it breakfast looked good great on-site bar

Extremely comfortable stay. I liked a lot about this place: - The hosts were warm and welcoming - The room was immaculately clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable - The bed was so comfortable that I immediately fell into an 11 hour long deep and uninterrupted sleep - The adjoining bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower powerful - The location was perfectly located and central - The breakfast was plentiful, good quality and well-cooked - The price was very very reasonable in this otherwise pricey seaside resort

Just visited this fantastic cosy guest house. We stayed in the family room which was perfect.

Stephen & Helen made us feel really welcomed Comfortable bed nice & modern rooms nice & clean We used the hot tub that was available after we went out all day at conwy Castle 🏰 The breakfast was very nice Would definitely recommend & would go back

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had everything you need to wash. The Landlords and his girlfriend are very nice. There is also an open bar, there is also breakfast, but we did not eat because it is too early for us, 🤣but other guests praised the breakfast that it was delicious. We loved it and will definitely be back

Great location, great B&B with friendly staff. Fab sized family room which was very clean and fresh, couldn’t fault our stay. Lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast, quiet location within walking distance of the seafront. Managed to park on road outside each night. Has a hot tub which we could have used, but didn't.

So glad I found this little gem, just needed somewhere cheap an cheerful to sleep on a 200mile round trip cycle and this exceeded my expectations, arrived to a spotless clean warm lobby an a friendly team to welcome me in an take care of my bike etc, bonus that my single room had a double bed 👌, again clean room with plenty of tea bags an a proper jar of coffee not sachets thankfully. I believe my single room is the only room with no onsuite however don't let that put u off as its literally next door (to room not neighbours 😁) but has a bloody good double shower with fresh towels. Outside patio area for mornin coffee etc I noticed. One thing that really annoyed me was I never knew there was a hottub and bar area for guests until I arrived but didn't have time to enjoy even strongly debated another night here to actually enjoy the 2 min walk to lovely beach front an pier as I remembered as a young kid and of course the hottub 😡 Full English breakfast was crackin aswell with unlimited tea an cereals, all in all deffo consider as that's my next trip to Llandudno sorted if the dates work, I'm sure the owners read these reviews so again thanks for the stay u guys an il c u whenever 😀 Andy B

No decaff tea or coffee option in the room. No alternative options to milk or butter in the room or at breakfast.

Very friendly staff, tried hard to accommodate my dierty needs by letting me bring a few of my own items. Super clean and comfortable room.
