Close to all the amenities . Great that you had parking . Beds were comfortable and the towels were good quality . Really enjoyed our stay

Comfortable stay in Central Location

Mostyn Villa is located in a really great central location within easy walking distance to shops, the pier and the promenade. We loved having our own allotted car parking space. Always good to have a lockbox with the keys, which makes it much easier for access. The beds were comfortable and appreciated having 2 Bathrooms. During our 4 night stay, we needed more supplies and our Host was happy to accommodate that.

Good to be mindful with heavy bags as the stairs can be tricky to navigate. We had hot weather and were not able to open the windows to allow fresh air in.

No mention of stairs and steps. Not a problem for us but would be for some people. There should be a handrail of some sort for the outside steps to the property.

Could be lovely but neglected- as if the paying guest doesn’t matter

Location.

It’s rather neglected which is a shame as it’s very central and large so ideal for a family with kids. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked, leg hanging off one dining bench and fully fallen off the other, and just left on the floor. Dangerous to rent out a place with an insecure dining bench - and both of them at that. Wondered how that could have been missed. Hole in wall in bedroom as per photo. Cooker hood clearly replaced and smaller than last one yet the gaps left not filled and repainted. Again, as per photo. That’s such a cheap job to do and would make a huge improvement- as is filling the hole in the bedroom wall. Windows were filthy. Bathroom dark and shaving mirror shorts out as soon as you switch it on. At £203 a night I think we deserve better. Not a single wardrobe between 2 bedrooms. Dirty clothes left in a storage cube in bedroom. I felt misled by the high scoring reviews to be honest. We usually do hotels and usually only 4 star minimum so maybe my expectations are high, but we needed something last minute with two bathrooms.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment a stones throw from llandundno pier

Excellent location for the pier and promenade. Private parking was a massive plus. Quiet area. Facilities were great and strong and stable Wi-Fi was a plus!

Lovely apartment in the middle of town!

Great location, very close to all local amenities and attractions - five minutes walk from the Pier, Tramway and high street shopping. Lots of restaurants, bars and takeaways nearby. Ten minutes walk from the train station and retail park. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It feels cared for. Beds were lovely and warm - freshly made with towels provided too. Showers were hot and water pressure was perfect. It has all the facilities you would want including free WiFi and a fully usable kitchen area. Easy communication with the owner meant our stay went without a hitch. We really appreciated the Christmas decorations and tree, daughter loved the advent calendar in the hallway too!

Nothing to dislike - recommend you try it for yourself!

Great location and guaranteed parking place

Lovely central location and onsite parking is a real plus in Llandudno. Nice airy 2 bed apartment reasonably well appointed with a separate bathroom plus an en-suite for the master bedroom.

Not much to dislike, just a few niggles such as only one socket spare in the second bedroom (one double had the router and booster plugged in to it) plus no mirror, which is a cardinal sin in a bedroom plus struggled to get hairdryer etc to stretch from the socket to the mirror in the master bedroom. Sofa and chairs in the sitting room were also a bit uncomfy but as I said I’m nitpicking. A lamp would also have been a nice addition to the same room as the downlighters were a bit stark. The only issue really was a completely stuck shut window in the master bedroom but in fairness it didn’t bother us as we were only there for a few days and the weather was inclement. I’m sure the owners would have sorted it had it been a tad sunnier. Overall a lovely apartment with parking in a great location with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms!

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and had an excellent holiday in Llandudno.

Excellent location, great to have an allocated parking space, well equipped, very spacious. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. We had a fab stay.

The weather was very warm (lucky us) but we were unable to open the window in the bedroom with the en-suite. The room became very hot and it was difficult to sleep.

The property was in a great location and really spacious. It was really well stocked with kitchen equipment which helped make lunches and breakfast. The beds were super comfy too. A great stay and perfect for what we needed.

Fabulous stay

What was not to like about this beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean, wonderful large rooms, the main bedroom had an on suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom was also large, and both had super comfy beds. There was another bathroom with a shower over the bath. There was a large living room area, with a dining room area, a compact kitchen with everything you would need, a real home from home. There was complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and milk when we arrived. The owner had even left some chocolate mini rolls for the children, which was a lovely touch. We wanted for nothing. We saw the owner, each day we were there, she could not have been more helpful. And as if all that was not enough, a lovely quiet location but still close to all amenities, and the biggest bonus of all there was private parking. We loved our stay and will definitely book again. Well deserved 5 stars.

Had A Great Stay

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything we needed. Slight lack of toiletries (I think there was only handwash) and could have done with more toilet roll for the stay (though a family member brought a roll, so we were ok!) but the apartment itself was great. I would definitely stay there again. It's at a great location, within walking distance of the pier and town. Wifi and everything else was great. I like that there's a call button so if someone from your party arrives later, they can ring up to your apartment and you can let them in.

Possibly could have done with a mirror in my bedroom, but there was a mirror in the bathroom, which was right next to it. The curtains are quite thin so the sun/brightness shines through in the morning - if you prefer a lie-in, make sure you bring an eye mask (I'm a night owl)! Could have done with an extra toilet roll, though a family member brought one. These are just minor things though, the apartment was great and I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

not suited for small children or disabled. Stairs to property and bannister on stairs too low (especially from top of landing ) for children . Owner helpful and did suggest ground floor apartment but still steps to property without handrail .

Dressed well with good furnishings but sadly overshadowed with poor repairs

when paying just under £600 was expecting property to be in good order. Hall way really bad smelll that lingered all the way up to the apartment. Very poor work on wiring jobs finished to cheap standards . Hole in the wall from handle not been fixed. Floor in living area near door not fitted properly Bugs on windowsill Bin needs replacing

Superb!! Clean, cosy and comfortable

Close to centre & promenade, easily accessible, modern & fully kitted out. Lovely little extra touches. Asked a few questions before we arrived. Lovely couple who were happy to do all they could to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable and do what they could to assist.
