Great location. Warm & quiet
Noisy when above fist occupied. Running water early in the morning and noise above

Good location, fairly clean.
The flat above us was leaking water onto our heads in bed when they were in the bath and we could not get hold of the owners easily. Looking at the marks on the ceiling, it wasn’t the first time. No recycling bin.

location was very good.
I reported the shower had come away from the wall, no one responded for 4 days and was never repaired.
