Nice, clean close to the beech a shops.

Had a couple of issues but they sent someone out to sort it that sane day.. place was nice and clean also roomy. I would stay there again. We was right near the the beech and a big in door shopping centre. All in all we had a nice break thank-you.

Other than it sounded like the roof was going to through with all the banging of feet as they where heavey on them when walking, and the beds creeked. I still slept all night thank you

Wonderful Stay!

The property was in an excellent location, central to the beach, promenade, shops and restaurants. The apartment was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings. The linen and towels were beautiful and we liked the touch of a bottle of fine wine. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends and hope to book again for next year.

The front and rear courtyard could be made more inviting.

Lovely apartment, clean and modern. All essentials in cupboards which is really good that you don't have to buy on arrival. Very well situated in centre of town. Nice touch with bottle of wine and biscuits left for us.

Great central Llandudno stay

We liked the location, the facilities, the styling and the size of the apartment. It was also fast to heat up and very quiet. It has a very neat patio out the back which I would imagine is ideal in the summer!!

The WiFi on the TV was a slow with 3 of us using it but it was alright in the laptops!

Superb location, very central. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment nice and spacious. Good facilities.

Internet (WiFi) was really poor throughout the stay and didn’t reach around the full apartment. Ground floor apartment so was some noise from above - east to hear above people walking around etc at night.

The property is well equipped and located in a great position that is close to all the local amenities.

Parking isn’t great and was difficult to find a convenient spot to park and unpack. Cleanliness was generally okay, a few bit that could be improved on is the entrance door way musty smell, bathroom shower sealant and seals and a few cobwebs.

Well stocked kitchen, great location. Decor was lovely.

Amazing apartment

Apartment is amazing. Lots of room and great secure outside space. Dogs allowed with a deposit and our little terrier loved the open space and yard. Beds were really comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom large and modern. Really warm and clean. Close to both beaches and the Orme. Enough room for 6 people with the sofa bed. The photos do not do it justice. We had a great stay and will return.

The letting agency were poor to respond to messages, poor to update and I had to message them to retrieve my deposit. Shame as they are doing the apartment owners a disservice.

All in all it was a great stay!

Ideally located! Very close to all amenities . Very cosy with a well equity kitchen

Both single beds/ mattress’s need replacing as do the mattress covers- the pillows need pillow covers before the pillow case goes on as some of the pillows were very stained. The roller blinds don’t have safety cords they really need to be changed to British safety standards before a young child gets it caught around their neck. The shower would be great if it was changed to a thermostatic controlled one to avoid scolding again especially with young children .

the property is in the perfect location, close by to both the north beach and the west shore beach and all local amenities. There is a Londis shop right across the road which is perfect to pick up some milk and bits when you arrive. the apartment was clean and well decorated. The hosts very kindly left a bottle of wine and chocolates, as well and tea and coffee supplies. The deck of cards were a nice little bonus too, thank you :)

The mattresses on the single beds do need replacing as they are very worn and uncomfortable. our 19 year old son didn’t sleep very well for the duration. We found the apartment was lovely, great value for money, great location. However we would not stay again for one reason, and that is the noise from the upstairs neighbours. we could hear every footstep and sue to them having a baby with them, they were up late at night and early in the morning. when they used the bathroom we could hear all the water trickling down through the pipes which woke us a few times. we spoke to them and they were an older couple with their granddaughter and it was more of a building issue than them being noisy. I do feel that different flooring could help improve things. It is unfortunate as we loved everything else about our stay, but when on holiday we don’t want to be disturbed and when you have the chance of not setting your alarm for a week, yet are still woken up everyday before 7am and kept awake till after midnight, it doesn’t make for a restful stay. We still had the best holiday though and would recommend the apartment for people who don’t need much sleep 😴 (although you have to be SILENT between 10pm and 8am which I found to be quite ironic really)

Overall a good apartment, let down by noise from upstairs and problems on check out as below.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately with this being a basement apartment, the noise from people moving around above was disruptive, waking us during the night on our final two nights (there was no one upstairs when we first checked in). We had taken a dog with us, and the private garden was great for this. There is a £300 pet deposit which is payable on booking - unfortunately there was a delay in it's return due to accusations that our group caused damage which was present on our arrival. I'd recommend taking photos of any problems you note on the day you check in and sending them there and then, as opposed to assuming they are known about and mentioning them at the end of the stay after several near-miss injuries.

The position of it was great for everything!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay, would recommend

On first impression the property was in good condition from the outside and accessible as it was on the ground floor. Entry was easy with the instructions provided. Inside the lounge area was spacious and clean. large 3 seater sofa and one easy chair, with a dining table and four chairs. The decor was excellent and in great condition with a seaside ambiance. The kitchen was excellent with all appliances that were needed, even down to all the cleaning supplies were provided as well as crockery and cutlery. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with bath, shower over bath, heated towel rail. The master bedroom was spacious enough as was the second bedroom with hanging space and drawers, each with a to. It was lovely and toasty when we arrived as it was chilly outside and we soon warmed up. Not sure but I think it had underfloor heating which was a nice added extra extra. The garden at the rear was adequate for dining outside with patio furniture.

The only negative that we had was the rear garden gate needs some attention as I was awoken two nights running to get dressed and secure it. The bins were located right outside the window which didn’t make the view the most attractive, also as I understand they are only emptied once a month so in the summertime when warmer could present a problem with odour.

We really enjoyed our stay in Llandudno and the location was fab, but here are a couple of suggestions about the apartment to hopefully make an even better experience for future guests: The twin beds were rather uncomfortable - the mattresses need replacing as quite saggy. My sister and I shared the twin room and neither slept well. The sofa bed on the other hand was too firm. My brother struggled to sleep too. I appreciate some people might like a very firm mattress but it might be worth investing in a mattress topper for the sofa bed. Although we had written in advance to say that we would need the sofa bed as we were a party of 4 adults, it was surprising that we had to put on the duvet cover and pillowcases for the bedding for the sofabed. I have a holiday rental property and would not expect my guests to do this. You can hear people walking around in the apartment above so might be worth putting some rugs upstairs to dampen the noise. It might be that we were just unlucky with a heavy footed person who walked around a lot, but it was very noticeable. The road outside the apartment was closed. It would have been good to know this in advance as it was quite disconcerting to arrive and not be able to get close to the apartment to unload luggage etc. In the end we took a risk and moved the signs out of the way to park the car in front of the building as it was the weekend. It would be more helpful to warn people beforehand and advise where to park. A small point but the power button on the TV remote control does not work in the lounge!

An absolute pleasure to stay in this property.

Location was excellent, facilities were great and the hosts were contactable with ease. Decor of the property was excellent too. Price was very fair.

Bins were located directly in-front of the property and seemed to cater for all 5 flats. They seem to not have the capacity to cope with use (maybe domestic collection is used?) The addition of a commercial contract to deal with this could better cope with the large amount of waste generated in high season.

Comfortable and clean accommodation that's family friendly

The accommodation was spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were lovely throughout. The wine on arrival was a nice touch and we managed to park our two cars very close to the flat most days (free on the street). We were a stone's throw from all of Llandudno's attractions, including the beach/promenade, Happy Valley Gardens, Candles restaurant and Tapps craft ale bar. The front of the property was a bit untidy with weeds and bins but that didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay (and bins have to go somewhere to enable visitors to recycle!) The travel cot provided was a good size but we'd misunderstood the instruction to supply our own bedding, meaning we arrived with sheets but no mattress. We made do with the cot's fold down base topped with a few spare towels and our sheet so, again, not in a big issue.
