Lovely property and location

The property was well appointed and clean. The hot tub in the garden was lovely and the bed comfortable. The town was a short drive away and West Shore beach a short walk. You could easily walk to the town in about 20 minutes. There was a lovely walk from the property over the sand dunes where you could watch the sun set which was beautiful. Donna called us on the day of check in to give us instructions on checking in and gave us the tip about where to watch the sun set which was fantastic.

Clean property with plenty of space.

The property was spotless and very clean. I would have preferred the smell of a pleasant cleaner though rather than dettol, but not a huge issue. We liked the property, curtains in the lounge area would be better rather than blinds and the lack of anything on the walls just gives the property a very clinical rather than homely feel. Beds were comfy and we were all very warm at night. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and powerful. Very quiet on a night, no disturbances (other than the grass cutter at the adjacent golf club in a morning) The hot tub is great - my wife was the only one that ventured in. If it had a roof over it, she would have gone in again but as it was raining she didnt. The prosecco is a really nice touch although none of us are fans of it so didnt open it.

Just a couple of niggles - no instructions on the central heating. We were quite chilly after being the rain all day but didn't know how to put this on as it wasnt mentioned in the folder. The breakfast bar is shocking. We took my 80 year old mother in law with us and she could not get onto the stools at all and the sofa in the kitchen area was way too low for her to sit so she literally had to stand up to eat her breakfast. A nice dining table with chairs would not go amiss. Although streaming services were available on the TV, we just could not get any programme to load, which is probably the slow wifi. Also we had quite a bad rain storm one evening and the TV channel we were watching just went off. It also may be worth stating in your description that the steps are really quite steep. Again my elderly mother in law who isnt great on her feet anyway was frightened of coming down them so we had to help her down everytime. Unfortunatley a tea towel wasnt provided so on the morning as we were leaving, we had to wash our breakfast pots and leave them as we couldn't dry them.

Overall enjoyed our stay as it enabled us to visited friends living in LLandudno

3 bedrooms, Clean and tidy, Tumble Dryer & Washing Machine (in out house), Fully fitted kitchen inc dishwasher, Free WiFi, Courtesy bottle of Prosecco (!), Lazy Spa hot tub, Walkable distance from Llandudno town centre (20 mins), Close to North Shore Beach using adjacent North Wales Golf Course public footpath.

Area/estate around the property not very nice with unmade road leading up to it. Only one toilet for a family house. Lack of privacy (overlooked front and back) if the bedroom curtains were open - additional privacy blinds would be good. No net to clear debris from the hot tub or testing sticks to check the levels.

Great stay for a group of friends

Really clean property and it smelt fresh on entry. Great communication from host. Parking space was helpful and WiFi great throughout. The bottle of prosecco was a nice touch and tea/coffee being available. Lots of space which is great for a group of friends to not get under each others feet. Took about 25 mins to walk into the centre of town which was fine for us. We didn't use the hot tub or pizza oven in the garden, but for some this would be an added bonus.

As others have mentioned the road to the property is really bumpy/pot holey but this isn't the hosts fault. Could do with a few more towels so that there's enough to use for both shower & hot tub.

Great week in a lovely property.

Owners were brilliant & communicated well. Property was clean & comfy. Location made it easy to get into the town & recommendations for activities & restaurants was helpful. Great dog walks nearby. A super place to stay!

Entrance road is poor. Not the owners fault at all but made for interesting travel (bouncy). Everything else is great though!

Fantastic stay

All the stuff in the property was well thought out. It was well thought out arrangement designed to make us feel at home (Bluetooth speaker, spice tray, Prosecco in the fridge) The weather was not great during some of the days so hot tub came in handy.

Outside parking can be a bit tight and the road needs some maintenance.

Perfect family friendly and dog friendly property close to the beach.

Lovely modern property with 3 good sized bedrooms. Perfect for a family get away, there were even cards and dominoes for some family time games in the evening. The outdoor area was lovely all lit up in the evening and the hot tub was great! Location was ideal for us as we could take our dog for walks along the lovely beach which was a short walk away and it had a lovely cafe area there too. A short drive from Llandudno town centre where we caught the tram up to the Great Orme. Highly recommended. 👍⭐️

Warm, cosy and very accommodating .

Very accessible and accommodating. We had a wheelchair user plus one large dog. All utensils, towels etc were readily available. Place was simple, elegant and beautifully clean. Wi-Fi was excellent. Lovely hot tub in the back garden (which was secure for the dog). Private parking for one car right outside the property. Quiet urban neighbourhood and a stone throw away from the beach. We went to many beaches plus Snowdonia and ran out of energy!
