Traeth Teras (Beach Terrace)

The property was great, ideal for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. The rooms were a really good size, beds were comfy and spacious and bathroom facilities great. The hot tub was great, spacious, etc. We utilised the TV in terms of Netflix, Prime for films etc and also the games that were there. Would definitely recommend!

As others have mentioned previously, the road around the property isn't ideal but I'm sure the owner is already aware of this. During our stay, we got really lucky with the weather as it did rain quite a bit but it was dry at the right times for us. As it rained overnight, the road develops large puddles, so can be muddy when walking on and is a task to dodge them while driving out of the estate.

We wanted self catering for the extra space, and a hot tub. Traeth Teras has what we needed. Located on a small, quiet street with free parking, it was close enough to Llandudno - we had a taxi a couple of times and then the bus. The hot tub was glorious after long days exploring! The kitchen was well equipped (but we didn’t cook), and the shower was powerful. The house has two good sized double rooms and a smaller single room - a good family size property. Our host, Donna, was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend!

The roads around the property are not adopted so are in quite poor repair. Taxis won’t come to the property but will pull up nearby.

It was easy to access, it was nice and clean. The resources in the kitchen were incredible. The host was very polite and kind. I would highly recommend!

Potentially have a bigger a tv in the front room.

3 bedrooms, Clean and tidy, Tumble Dryer & Washing Machine (in out house), Fully fitted kitchen inc dishwasher, Free WiFi, Courtesy bottle of Prosecco (!), Lazy Spa hot tub, Walkable distance from Llandudno town centre (20 mins), Close to North Shore Beach using adjacent North Wales Golf Course public footpath.

Area/estate around the property not very nice with unmade road leading up to it. Only one toilet for a family house. Lack of privacy (overlooked front and back) if the bedroom curtains were open - additional privacy blinds would be good. No net to clear debris from the hot tub or testing sticks to check the levels.
