Beautiful property, really spacious, incredibly clean and great location. The bathroom was beautiful, huge tub, perfect for relaxing. Kitchen very spacious and all utensils/crockery you’d need to cook a meal. Beds were very comfortable and ample storage for clothes etc. Spaces were spotless. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 children. Jayne was also an incredible host, very hospitable and welcoming, went out of her way to make our stay extra special and was lovely to talk with. If I could rate the stay higher than 10, I would.

The apartment looked lovely - the bathroom was spectacular and the whole place was super clean and well decorated.
The location was great - safe and quiet area, close to town, close to the beach, free on-street parking.
It was very noisy, and if this sort of thing disrupts your enjoyment then I would avoid. It is a basement apartment, and you can hear every footfall and every conversation had above. Additionally the building’s boiler is in the main bedroom so if someone turns on a hot tap anywhere it fires up, noisily.
TBF the hosts did apologise after I complained that we could hear chatting until 1am on our first night, but there was not much that could be done about the boiler and the walking around.
Curiously despite the thin floors, the internal walls are mega thick, disrupting the wifi. The wifi connection to the TV is also a bit odd. We had to change connection to get iPlayer to work, but having done that, Netflix didn’t work. That was a headache.
This was at the top end of our budget, and I felt that the stress of the noise didn’t offer the luxury I was expecting.
