Great stay

Lovely spacious house, very clean and decorated to a high standard. Great location, only one street back from the seafront.

Only minor, but back yard not finished to same level and back gate didn't look secure

Check in was easy and the host was very responsive in messages, clean house in a great location.

Host was quick to reply to text messages, house was clean and was in a great location. We found this house available for the 3 nights on the day my family arrived in Llandudno, which they had to get a refund from another Airbnb they were supposed to be staying at and was unable to check in. The host of this house gave us the check in details as soon as I messaged and was really quick to reply when my family who were staying couldn't find the wifi. All in all, my family had a really nice stay and it was a nice safe area for the children

Lovely modern and clean house to relax in after a busy day sightseeing

We were stopping here with my elderly mum and 2sisters , loved the comfy beds and enjoyed sitting in the courtyard relaxing , we also liked that it had sky movies to watch a film after a busy day sightseeing around Llandudno . We were able to contact James about any worries straight away .

We wish it had a welcome pack telling us about the area ,nearby restaurants and where to catch buses etc , also with 4 women staying here ,we wish it had more mirrors in the bedrooms and a hairdryer ?

Very Comfortable Ideal Location

A very clean and well equipped house. There was free parking on the street outside of the property. Excellent kitchen facilities helped to make it a home from home. Good internet connection and television package. The location was ideal for local bars and eatery's, and only a 5 minute bus ride to town from bus stops that were very close to the property. Taxi's were also very reasonably priced. For the more energetic, it was a 25 minute walk to the center of town.

Lovely to spend time with my family in Llandudno, lots to do.

Location was central which is just what we wanted, however, parking was a nightmare. I travelled by train to make it easier but my 2 children each came in their cars with their families. Nowhere nearby to park at all. I neighbour had there camper van outside until they left when they immediately parked their 2 cars leaving no space outside the property we were renting. The key code changed from the one I had been given prior to my arrival at the house - I wasn't told to expect this so was left on the doorstep. Contact number was unavailable. A woman walking past knew the cleaner and we were able to get the keysafe code from her. Text telling about new code came 24 hours later!

Access via keysafe code. The shower in the main bathroom which was lethal, a real slip hazard, I was scared I'd fall and break a hip. No instructions for the appliances, one of the rings on the cooker didn't work, there were no dishwasher tablets. There was no welcome pack which is unusual. I coudn't make a cup of tea until my food order arrived. Dust on the picture rail in the living room and cobwebs in a lot of places. Possibly the cleaner not given enough time or materials to clean properly
