Entrance not that welcoming, grey carpets could do with a clean and it’s certainly not 5* 3 at best.

Really well maintained in terms of cleanliness and quality in general.
We were booked on the top floor and we have a baby which was disclosed on the booking so it was not great for access to go up 3 flights of stairs with everything. Only shower facilities available as well, so not very child friendly for this particular room.
On reflection the cost for this small apartment is not fair and we believe it is very expensive. For example, you can stay at the Empire Hotel just up the road which is far cheaper per night, is a luxury hotel and includes spa facilities and breakfast. Ironically we only booked this apartment as the Empire Hotel was fully booked.
