Perfect for weekend away from home

Property was clean when we arrived had everything for the perfect stay host accommodated us when we asked them couldn't fault the property added bonus having a bath and shower. Perfect location to climb the great orme right around the corner to the beach and close to the town.

Excellent location, near to seafront & shops

Parking, issue everywhere in llandudno. Decor is looking abit tired, could probably do with lick of paint. Stopped here previously, last time bed was broken, this has been sort of repaired, although still slopes slightly.

Absolutely loved this apartment, fab stay.

Lovely stay at this apartment yet again. Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Great for my mum who needs wheelchair as ground floor. Everything needed is there. Great location close to shops, restaurants, bar, pier, promenade. Loved every minute. Thank you so much hope to return again. The Adams family 😊. X

Brilliant

The location, the apartment was absolutely beautiful... Had everything we needed in that space. It was peaceful and in a good area, close to everything you need for a great holiday. I would definitely love to return one time, we tried to tidy up the best we could before leaving.

It was so hot, we didn't have a fan. But we managed, I wouldn't let this ruin anything else.

One of our best short breaks for a long time

Close to centre. Just a short walk to main shops & attractions. Sofa bed in lounge was perfect for our teenager. Found an on street parking space in the same road so no car park fees to pay

Fabulous stay, clean, fresh and tidy, fantastic location

This is our second stay here at this property and it was a pleasure to stay in such a nice place. Everything what you need is there. Clean and tidy, great location and great communication from owner. Myself my mother and granddaughter stayed and it was ground floor so easy access for wheelchair. Hoping to come back next year, amazing place. Thank you

Great location, but very tired, not hugely clean, and not wheelchair accessible

Its location, it was bright, with high ceilings, and spacious, and ground floor.

Said wheelchair accessible. Two small steps into the building. Heavy double doors and had to open the second one to get in. Could not get a wheelchair into the bathroom or use the shower or bath. Very tight in hall. “Table” is a worktop with four high stools. Too high for a wheelchair user to sit at, and stools not disabled-friendly. Very poorly equipped kitchen. 1 wine glass, rest a mish -mash. Knives all blunt. No bread knife. Corkscrew shredded every cork. No fairy liquid or hand soap provided. Living room door wouldn’t close. Bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. Shower leaked. Bath very slippy. End of bath appears to be sellotaped on. Despite not being able to get in till 3 and having to check out by 20, the flat was dirty. Five hours is plenty of time to clean the flat but the cleaner presumably just changes the beds and towels. Well. I hope they do. Sofa bed was v uncomfortable so had to sleep on the sofa. Spare duvet in wardrobe but had no cover. Was freezing when we arrived and thermostat was on the lowest setting. Pair of socks and a half-eaten bag of Haribos found in the bedside table - not cleaned despite being mentioned by the previous guest in their review. All cutlery was greasy and the crockery had red food residue. The mugs were dirty. No welcome book/instructions anywhere so no idea what to do with our rubbish. Could do with a bin in the bathroom and living room. Bubbling and ripped wallpaper plus two hearts drawn on the wall in the living room!

Fine for a 2 night stay. Great location!

The location was great! There was enough space for us and two little children. We got locked out of the property and the owner very kindly let us back in at short notice.

The property was not cleaned to a high standard. There were cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin and uncomfortable that even my 7 year old couldn’t sleep on it and instead slept on the sofa. There are not enough glasses and cups.

Nice, warm flat in central Llandudno, easy access to the shops, sea front and mountain railway.

Comfortable sofa, really warm in the flat, kitchen compact and easy to use, bedroom well set-up, flat easy to access down short corridor from front door.

One light not working and window blinds hard to pull up if you are an older person.

The location was very good. The double bedroom was comfortable. A nice sized property. Good shower Love quiet property

Cobwebs and spider in the bathroom. Cobwebs in the bedroom right above the bed There are no curtains in the sitting area, as shown in pictures The shower was good but couldn't bathe the small children as the water leaked out The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable The property was really nice. It just needs a few touches to make it comfortable for short stay holidaymakers. I don't expect to buy sponges and washing up liquid, etc, when paying for a 3 night stay. It's a shame, really. If these grumbles were corrected, I would have given a higher rating. There are no photos as it's not me to take shots of a spider and cobwebs, but comments were asked for, hopefully, to improve standards

Comfy bed. Location near shops and while not on sea front 5 mins away. Liked the towels spread like a pair of swans on arrival.

Kitchen not particularly well equipped. Bath did not hold water which is something wanted as only have shower at home.

Apartment is a bit tatty in places, kitchen could do with a bit of TLC, worktop edges falling off etc, bathroom bath panel held on by cello tape, dripping shower just basic bits that needs attention, the noise of the nightclub in the main road is rowdy at 3-4am when letting out.

Great location just off the high street. Everything you needed there. Lovely and warm, you can control thermostat for central heating so can set to your own comfort. Particularly liked bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Excellent location and on ground floor.

No instructions that we could see to work the tv and what to do with keys at the end of our stay. Had to call the landlord to work the tv. He came out immediately to sort it out. A couple of loose fittings on furniture.

Very clean and in good central location (although not beachfront as mentioned in the information). Very effective heating.

A throw on the seat of the sofa hid a ripped and threadbare seat. There were only 3 kitchen chairs which were very shabby. There were no instructions for operating tv, which we found very difficult.

The location was central to Llandudno, which reduced the distances that my 82year old brother had to walk.

Lounge door hinge adrift. Could not find the handle to the grill pan.

Great accommodation, in need of a little tlc.

Great location, well decorated, good size rooms. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old. I would stay here again.

The lounge door is coming of its hinges and will not close, I noted this in reviews before booking so it is disappointing that a simple issue has not been repaired. Mattress was a little soft, but that maybe my preference for a firm mattress. A hair dryer would have been good.
