Baycourt The Apartment

Location was great, especially having off street parking too so close to the front. The layout of the apartment was great. Main bedroom was very big. The bed was comfy. Kitchen had all you needed for a short stay. 2nd bedroom was ideal as it fit in a cot bed at the end of the beds for our little one.

The shower cubicle was very small, you ended up having the shower curtain sticking to you when turned around - but it was fine for a short stay. Bathroom could do with some TLC but again was ok for a short stay. WiFi was poor, connected without Internet most of the time. Although its not feasible, it would have been handy to have a standing area when locking/unlocking the front door rather than going straight into the staircase. Taking everything into account though we would definitely return for a short stay.

The apartment was spacious, and very clean. Everything you may need was there. Fresh towels, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the T. V which staff attended to promptly. Would highly recommend 😊

Location is excellent! Beds are comfy. The flat was very clean and the linens were nice. The hosts are very friendly.

The flat is a little tired and needs some updates. Very obviously has some quick fixes throughout. The shower is very small. The biggest issue was the wifi. It did not work. I reported it to the hosts on day 1 who told me it would be intermittent and only work in the lounge. As I was visiting for work this was not ideal as I needed to be contactable at all times. Eventhough the hosts said they checked it and it was working, it never worked for me. It seems to be being taken from their main hotel at the front via multiple extenders which is likely the cause of the issue. Yes, the signal in Llandudno is not excellent but I went into multiple establishments throughout the week with working wifi. I think the hosts need to buy separate wifi for the apartment rather than trying to use the hotels.
