Great location, good amount of space for a short break
Window in the front room let in a draft so I was quite cold sleeping on the sofa bed as the radiator is on the other side of the room, otherwise comfy

Excellent location and a very nice flat with comfy bed. It was very clean and had a lot of helpful facilities like a hairdryer and even dog bowls
The check out time is quite early at 10am, even and extra hour would have been helpful and seems standard for other places in the area.

Bathroom extractor fan didn't work.
Bathroom sink would not hold water.
No hot water in bathroom sink until 2nd day, when I finally found a switch BEHIND the chest if drawers.
Lounge sofa smelt strongly of dog, when we arrived.
Very inconsistent hot water in kitchen sink... 10secs of hot, then cold thereafter. Sometimes it worked.
