Very central and everything you need for a nice break

The property was very central, it was very clean and they provided everything needed for the stay, included Alexa , games , washing machine, dryer and dish washer plus detergents

I would’ve preferred curtains or black out blinds in the bedrooms as the ones that are in whilst very nice let in daylight at 4am

A lovely weekend in Llandudno with family in amazing accommodation

It’s a gorgeous house, very comfortable with everything you need (we made a full roast dinner for 12) and a great location- easy walking distance to the beach and pier.

Good location

WiFi does not reach top floor. Kitchen needs updating as there is a damp smell in base cupboards. Cooker quite old and old grease in cooker knobs and oven. Downstairs bedroom very cold. Need blinds on front windows as only draw curtains so no privacy

Lovely family stay in Llandudno. Would recommend for families as there are plenty of things to do. Internet connection n

Lovely property, great amenities spacious rooms. Great location from the promenade and local shops. Lovely on arrival basket was provided. Clean rooms with fresh linen would prefer more fuller pillows but that’s a personal preference. The internet in the house wasn’t great but I think that’s an issue for the whole area.

Fantastic relaxing retreat for group of friends

Extremely happy that our original house canceled on us because this location and space was SO MUCH BETTER! Nice and warm with lots of space for the 12 of us. When we noticed the knives were dull, Aaron immediately brought over a new knife sharpener. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved having the tumble dryer when we had to wash some clothes we got a bit dirty from adventuring. Extremely walkable to both the east and west coasts. They provided enough toilet paper, soap, etc for the three nights we were there. And as a sweet extra, they gave us some welcoming bouquets and a basket of goodies! Definitely always able to find a parking space out front but we only had two cars - even in end of January the street did fill up on the weekends but there is tons of parking on neighboring streets so it shouldn't be a problem for groups with more cars.

As stated in another review, the single room behind the kitchen is colder but we think after opening the radiator it was fine. The boardgames available are more for young children so bring your own if you are a group of adults. The kitchen can really only have a few people in it at a time, so either group dinners or takeaway is the way to go.

Excellent holiday let, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed with 6 Young People with special needs and 9 carers in this lovely holiday let, immaculately clean with that home from home vibe. Very generous welcome gifts from the hosts with 2 vases of flowers in the dining area was a nice touch. All cleaning items also supplied, although we did not use the washing machine, tumble dryer or dishwasher they are a bonus . We particularly liked the lounge areas which are spacious and modern, everywhere looks fresh and very well cared for. Loved the fresh white bedding on the beds. Spoke to the host for some information over the weekend, Aaron was very helpful and keen we had enjoyed our stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the front. It has been some time since I last visited Llandudno, it was great to see it booming again. We managed to park 4 cars by the accommodation even though it looked like a busy street, we had no problems over the 3 days. We will definitely be booking again!!

Superb

Very clean and tidy with plenty of accommodation. Excellent location as very close to the beach and the beautiful pier. Kitchen and utility room were full of very useful appliances. Patio was very cute too.

The only improvement which can be done is for the living room to have a better TV. Its either the remote or the TV itself which is temperamental.

Family of 5 Short Break - very enjoyable

Lovely surprise having the welcome bundle - especially as for the first time all of us could eat it as it was all dairy free :-). Nice and Clean. Walking distance to both beaches.

Parking was a little tricky.
