One Bed Apartment With Sofa Bed

The flat is in a central location , very handy to reach town and all llandudno has to offer , bathroom is lovely, hot water and heating works a dream , furniture in front room very comfortable especially the yellow chair :).

On opening main door entrance on the ground floor ( not flat itself)there is a slight smell of a damp musty odour. When retrieving the spare bedding it was highly noticable it hadn't been washed , the bedding in the main room also hadn't been washed, the bottom sheet had ..but the quilt and pillow cases hadn't..we purchased a bedding set for the spare bedding for use by my mother in law during the stay ..and febreze for our quilt covering and pillows ..the outside area could do with a bit of TLC , maybe some solar lights to brighten it up and weeding is also needed. Minor things that didn't ruin our stay :). Maybe speak to cleaning team and advise to change bedding after every stay and maybe invest in a set of new towels for bathroom.

Fantastic little flat. Great for the price and absolutely ideal for our gig at Venue Cymru. The pics didn't really do it justice. It was immaculately clean, bright and modern. Very good communication from owner. Will definitely stay again.

Only slight down side was that there was a smell of cigarettes in the flat when we arrived. We couldn't get out on the balcony as the door key didn't seem to work. Very minor things tho as we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable good for dogs small secure balcony yard. Easy to follow instructions. Very accommodating hosts. Bathroom good. Albert pub opposite very friendly and allows dogs average food

There is nothing something to consider possible tv in the bedroom. We parked in train station 5.50 for 24 hrs good back up if can't park at property

Perfect central location for exploring Llandudno. Lovely apartment, very clean. Hosts were fantastic. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early once the room was cleaned, which we really appreciated. Check in was easy. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Outside noise, but that's to be expected with the central location. Parking is a bit of an issue. There's on-street parking for 90 mins outside the apartment, then we paid to park at the station overnight which was a little stressful as there were no spaces despite pre-booking online (obviously not the hosts' fault but worth noting if you're driving!) Pullout bed was a little tricky to use and a bit lopsided but OK for one night.
