Immaculate apartment worth every single Penny

Everything there for you . Homely and really comfortable. Beautiful views . Kitchen amazing and really happy with the different glasses for different drinks . Lovely and warm throughout . Tv in lounge and both bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again

Great location, private off street parking, easy access with self check in, warm and cosy upon arrival, simple touches like tea/coffee/milk provided, lovely views, close to all the action in the town, bathroom and bonus en-suite toilet.

Sensational apartment with flaws which are easy to address at modest cost by the owner

This was on a par or exceeded the successful and highly rated boooking.com establishment which we ran for 5 years. Extremely clean, roomy, comfortable, fresh and modern decoration, and a perfect location so we did not need to use our hire car. Parking was essential. Kitchen facilities great, though we did not cook as visiting family. Plenty of good quality tea provided.

The main bed was only a double I think, even though there is space for a larger bed. The mattress was far too soft and springy. It is one significant flaw in the apartment. Steep stairs to the entrance and to the apartment but this was fine with us as we are quite active. The central heating is in the second bedroom where a family member slept with the radiator turned off, resulting in no heat control in our main bedroom. We had to turn off our radiator to prevent stifling heat.

Good location, beautifully presented and very well equipped. Host allowed late check out upon request which was lovely and much appreciated.

Comfortable stay in Llandudno

Great location just steps away from the city center, yet quiet. Great view of city and hills. Good value as well. Well-equipped kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances Clean Easy check-in with code for lock box Convenient outlets for charging right next to bed Washing machine worked well, and laundry detergent/pods were provided Wi-Fi was easy to enable, and worked very well Nice big refrigerator and freezer Great that no-slip mat was provided for the shower

Didn't care for the carpeting; vinyl or wood floor would have been better. We wish that umbrellas and shampoo had been supplied, as well as some basic cooking supplies such as cooking oil and seasonings other than just salt and pepper. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels supplied Water pressure in the shower was very, very weak and water was not hot enough. Difficult for seniors to get in and out of the shower/tub Unfortunate that the second bathroom had no fan

Great location, very close to the seafront and local attractions. The property was spotless and well-maintained. Loved the cozy living area—perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Great position, bright sunny living room/kitchen. Good level of equipment. Good shower.

Kitchen area rather cramped. Easy to bang head on the cupboard above the dishwasher. Did not like the washing facility in the ensuite toilet. If the toilet cubicle had been extended by a couple of feet, a proper sink could have been provided, and the extra space required serves no function at present, though the radiator would need rethinking. There were cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling too.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere in apartment. Well laid out and well stocked. Lot of thought gone into making it a comfortable and modern haven with great views.

Lovely place!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The washer/dryer is an added plus especially with kids in town. Just a few minutes walk away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

Spotlessly clean and just like a home from home for my family. Perfect location, central to all attractions. The parking space was so convenient. We had a lovely holiday and will definitley be returning to the apartment.

Lovely apartment in great seaside town!

Lovely apartment close to everything we wanted to do in Llandudno. Clean, comfortable, nice layout for family of four and host responsive to queries. Thank you!

A few minor additions would make it perfect - oven gloves for the kitchen, better lighting in bathroom and a shelf for toothbrushes etc. Also no toiletries except hand soap included (contrary to information on booking.com) - and we couldn’t find a DVD player although that was listed - not big a problem for us but useful for people to know.

Very pleasant. Llundadno is a great place to visit.

The location is great. Very close to the beach, attractions like the Great Orme tram and restaurants. It was also easy to access Elyria from llundadno. The apartment is spacious and has nice views of the town, water and hills.

The coffee - this was our third trip to the UK in the past 20 years and instant coffee has always been made available at our accommodations. Yuck! Please provide ground coffee with coffee makers in rooms in the UK. You’d make a lot of Americans happy.

Excellent property

The apartment was decorated to a high standard and was very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen was furnished to a high standard and had all of the equipment you would require. The location was ideal with just a few minutes walk to the town and promenade. We would be happy to stay here again

Not quite boutique for the price

The location was great, good sized accomodation

Shoddy furniture, knob broken on the dresser, bad light in the main toilet meant having to use the mirror in the tiny ensuite, the boiler broke while we were there so after calling the owner I had to re pressurise the boiler myself to get hot water to work, the key to the apartment didn't work properly, the owner said it was a "quirk" it's always had? Would be a nice touch if at least the lock worked properly, the bath tap shoots water across the bathroom, bath plug was broken, and when we arrived there was toothpaste still in the bottom of the cup in the ensuite which had not been washed outt, we had to put small wedges in the windows as they rattle a lot if its breezy outside, its a good sized property in a good location, but its £500 more than a property we stayed in just down the road last year, needs a little more care taken to the smaller details to justify the more expensive "boutique" price tag.
