As described, top notch.
It might have been helpful to have instructions on what to do at checkout. I may have been told at check-in but was hot and tired so could add info to instructions on the wall.

Carl the owner was waiting for us on arrival. Gave us the grand tour.. Had left us toiletries, a bowl of frui and fresh milk, and topped this off with a bottle of prosecco. He also arranged for us to a private parking spot off road only 15 ytards from the front door. What ore could you want.

A bigger bed and we couldn't work the grill which was a microwave even after reading the instructions.
