Lovely property in LLandudno for our girls weekend away.

Location of property was excellent, just a short walk into the town centre and to the promenade. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The property was very spacious, 2 good sized bedrooms, a big living room and a kitchen/diner. Property was clean and modern. Not very warm - even with the heating on quite a bit.

Shower wasnt very powerful but it was hot. There is a problem with the window in the living room which let in a draft.

I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed here as a family with young children and it was very well equipped and clean. Beautiful views

Great location and a very generous space.

It was in a great location. The apartment has loads of space. The rooms are big.

The shower didn't drain properly and it turned out the drain part was full of hair which was pretty disgusting. It could do with a full length mirror. There's plenty of spaces it could go. The bathroom needs some storage - shelves or a cabinet as there's no where to put your toiletries.

Lovely apartment

Very spacious apartment great location nice and clean very comfortable mattress and easy check in 😁

The freezer was very frozen that you couldn't open the drawers Bedroom remote not working for TV in bedroom The two clocks in the apartment not working The kitchen tap constantly dripped The drain in the shower blocked so water flooded the floor All these things could easily be fixed then the apartment would be perfect!!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a clean, comfortable apartment. We wished we’d stayed longer.

It was central to town and beach and it was very spacious.The apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay. The heating system was easy to use and the apartment was well maintained. We were able to park right outside the property.

Draught from window in bedroom because window handle is broke so could not close it fully , also it would of been nice for the heating to have been switched on prior to our arrival as the weather was cold and it took quite a time for the heating to get up to a reasonable temperature. Needs a blind on bathroom window!

Spacious 2 bed apartment

Rooms are much bigger than they appear on the photos, so its a spacious airy 2 bed apartment. Comfy beds, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and lounge. Lovely views from kitchen and bedrooms. Large modern shower room. Good location, convenient to town/attractions with off-road parking. We visited with our 4 and 6 year old grandsons who loved it.

Great location, roomy and very comfortable.

It was very comfortable, we enjoyed how close it was to many restaurants. We could walk very easily to the pier and the front. The beds were good and enough space for everything we needed. Thanks!

There weren't any sponges to clean the dishes with, so we had to use the drying towel. We only stayed 1 night and didn't see the need or wanted to use the dish washer for a few plates, bowls and mugs.

Minor things, not a complaint, just to inform the hosts. In the shower, just below where the wet wall meets the floor, it’s a bit back and obviously dirty….just needs a clean. The windows in the apartment living room are dirty….sand maybe and they detract from the stunning view. Didn’t meet the hosts as we only stayed one night

Well presented apartment in a great location

Location was ideal, very roomy and spacious

The pillows are mostly feathers and my sister is allergic to feathers! Could do with mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Also the duvets themselves need washing

Everything it’s spacious with lovely high ceiling’s .beautiful decor lovely and clean,bedding is lovely,pillows are so comfy really impressed .Hosts were friendly and so helpful went above and beyond .Gorgeous views ,great location ,wonderful mini break will definitely stay here again.

Nothing really, although free parking along the road, Llandudno gets very busy so had to park a long way up the road initially but that's not the hosts fault. Also sat nav had difficulty finding it, tried to send us up some steps!! Perhaps better directions?

Me and my family had a fantastic time over the weekends in North Wales although the weather was a bit crazy we still managed to enjoy and have fun. I would highly recommend Ormes Hey Apartments, everything was exceptional, nothing too much trouble, the decor throughout was beautiful, clean and all maintained. Polly the manager has been polite, kind and very helpful with all the information we need. She made sure we have been taking care of. We would love to go back and stay in the future.

Pleasant accommodation that was spoilt by the cold

The flat was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay.

The heating was not on when we arrived and had to call to work out why it was so cold. The heating was switched off at the boiler and had obviously been off for a long time as it took almost 20 hours to warm the flat up. We had a very uncomfortable and cold night, which wasn't helped by builders working on the property and banging at 9.00am on Saturday morning.
