ANCHORAGE APARTMENT 3 - Close to the centre and the beach, located in Llandudno, North Wales

Close proximity to town centre was excellent with easy free car parking by the street. Clean apartment with convenient laundry facilities. Flexible self-switching heating provided warm comfort on cold days.

Not much privacy in ground floor bathroom with semi-frosted glass window. Perhaps installing a blind would provide assurance? The garden at the front was in a rather sad state, which was a real shame. Provision of disposable kitchen towels would be useful.

Perfect location, Llandudno town centre and pier just a short walk away.

Location is fantastic, and the parking is free on the main road outside the property. The apartment itself is compact and ideal for a couple, which, due to size, is very cosy. 10 minutes walk from the main high street, restaurants and the front. The apartment has everything you need to cook meals, and the shower is great.

I didn't realise when I booked, but the apartment has been used for people with dogs, which normally might not be an issue if the property is well cleaned afterwards, taking into account they charge more when dogs stay. Maybe the weather/heat didn't help, but we noticed a smell as soon as we entered the apartment on the first day. Opened a couple of windows to air the apartment, which helped, although I struggled with the bedroom due to the window next to the bin. A strong smell is coming from the mattress/mattress protector, as well as cobwebs located all around the apartment. All reported to the host a couple, who seemed to take it on board.
