Nothing, we had a very enjoyable stay! The cottage is just off the tram road leading up the Orme that is quite steep, so not ideal if you are looking for somewhere flat to walk to the seafront from, but perfect for walks up to the Orme and lovely & quiet too.

Amazing location, stunning views, great for walkers.
Lovely and cozy cottage.
Beds were confortable.
Great facilities to cook.
And a lovely basket of treats left for our arrival.
Leaving.....
If we could have we would have stayed much longer.

A lovely cottage in a quiet place of Llandudno half way up the Orm.
Cottage was very clean with all modern necessities.
Including a log burner.
Plenty of room for a family of four and our dog who was very happy sitting in front of the fire.
Very warm house.
Will (the owner) was very helpful and even asked how we'd like the sleeping arrangements prior to our arrival.
Brilliant place to stay.
Top tip. Pack warm if you're planning on getting out to the top of the Orm! It was a tad windy, to be expected at the start of January! Thanks Will!

Very cosy little cottage in a good location with lovely views of Llandudno. It was well equipped with everything you'd need for restful stay.
The welcome pack was much appreciated.
Quite a hike into Llandudno if you walked as very high up on the Great Orme but luckily there was a little bus which took minutes to get into town & was very regular.

Quirky Location .Lovely Experience to Stay in Cottage where Miners lived and Worked in the Local World Famous Copper Minds. Magic Views. Cottage away from the Hustle and Bustle of Llandudno, Just the Baa of Sheep
A couple of Minor Issues which were dealt with by Host.

The location was so beautiful. Could see the town from above and it’s a very short walk to the Great ormne cave.

Easy to find with parking close to the cottage.
Lovely views from the living room and front bedroom.
Nice welcome pack with lots of goodies.
Very peaceful location just a couple of minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
The West shore beach was lovely and clean without the crowds on the North shore.
Nothing to dislike but be aware that walking back from the town centre would require Olympian fitness.
There is, however, an hourly bus service close by and taxis if required.

Privacy of the garden, pet friendly, good bed linen, nice bathroom, easy instructions on arrival. It felt traditional and a different take to seaside hospitality.
Great oven and kitchen facilities, making use out of a compact space
The sofas were really uncomfortable for different reasons; felt like both needed replacing.
Didn't understand the rules regarding pets until I arrived.
The compact nature for dining aren't really ideal for a family of four; a two or a family with a young child would be absolutely fine but it was difficult to sit in a row whilst eating dinner one evening.

The facilities were lovely, there was a welcome basket which was most appreciated and a gorgeous little back garden to sit in.
The beds were comfortable and the lounge spacious and welcoming.
It's very close to the halfway station for the Orme tramway.
It's very much up a lot of hills and parking is on the road. However there's the tram and local buses if you don't want to use the car.

Very small two up, two down cottage with small, pretty courtyard. Comfortable bedrooms, lovely beds and good shower over bath. Excellent views as cottage situated half way up the Great Orme. Easy to walk down into the lovely town of Llandudno but very steep to walk back up. There is a bus once an hour if needed. Good Wifi and access to Netflix etc. No problem with parking very close to the property.
Cottage was Ok for the two of us but would have been small for four people. Lack of dining area (only breakfast bar) meant no table to eat comfortably or play games etc. Could certainly do with more crockery and cutlery as only four of everything. Some throws on the leather sofas would also add to the comfort. A visitors book would be useful for guests to pass on helpful hints about walks, pubs, restaurants etc.

The property itself was wonderful. There are a couple of issue that need addressing but apart from that-It was a luvly stay. If the suns out - sit on the bench in front get warm a tan a poss. Then when too much walk to the rear shade and cool down. My wife was disappointed the garden was claustrophobic to her.
You might want to walk down to Llandudno its self. Walking up was a erm - NO. I didn’t think it would be as hilly where it is- but- Wales is HILLY. The only reason why I’d choose elsewhere is due to the hilly location. The sheep being allowed to roam. Was very amusing in more ways than one. 😁. Thank Q.
It’s not a case of did not like .The property looks like it has a slight damp issue in the bck bedroom. And kitchen . Where the paint is flaking off and there are patches of discolouration on the walls. I believe it might be due to the outside render.
Bathroom unit light not working. But these really are small but the damp does need a look into.

The location meant some long uphill walks from town, but then there were some wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Llandudno! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with a lovely treat waiting for us. The cozy fireplace made evenings extra special, and the views were absolutely stunning. The owners were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The only thing to keep in mind is the location—it’s up a fairly steep hill, which might be a challenge if you’re walking. However, the views at the top make it well worth the effort!

very well kept cottage
I did not realise that in order to get the beds separated- not twin beds, you have to order specifically,as on the booking form it states 4 single beds and in reality it was 2 twin beds,

Location. Beautiful area. Close to our daughter

Comfortable double bed, good shower, central heating, great location to Llandudno and surrounding area
My only complaint was there were a lot of cobwebs and the girls (16yr) had to share a king size duvet between the 2 single beds

Llandudno,
Having to park on a street some distance from the property, beware of the very steep hill , on each occasion visiting the town we got a taxi back , so pleased our grandson never joined us the property

Views fresh air clean tidy lovely shower, parking.
There's a steep hill on the Orm so walking back is not for the faint hearted, but there a bus, a tram, taxi.

the steep hill leading up to it is a challenge, but taxis only cost £3.60 from centre so not an issue.

The location was brilliant if you don’t mind the drive up the mountain. Nice separate galley kitchen , outdoor space outside the back. very quiet .sky tv was great as we could choose what to see. often we don’t use the tv . superb friendly neighbours helped us find our dog when she was shut outside the front by mistake .
Unpleasant woman would not let us check in before 3 pm. she was most unhelpful and just wanted us gone. This was at 1.30 pm. She could have told us how to get hot water as we had cold water upstairs and down the whole time we were there . 18 hours so we survived using the kettle to wash dishes and no showers .
The pans were old and frying steak without oil caused the fire alarm to go off . Hence the front door opened and the dog, a 13 year old nearly blind lab went out . Heating was behind door in kitchen but only saw that when we were getting really to leave before 10 am. Too late .
So really liked this place but the few unpleasant situations ruined our 18 hours on the Orme
