Beautiful location on the Orme, modern throughout.Ample parking.
Summit short distance away.views to both shores from hill outside the house.
Steps at back not safe and potential falls risk, gate should be at bottom to stop child or dog climbing up .
Sofa wasn't comfortable on original photos had a different sofa with foot stool. bathrooms too small.
Complementary coffee, sugar and biscoti biscuits 4 months out of date .
Beautiful location regardless of a few minor issues.

The house was lovely and clean, a real home from home and so cozy. The location was amazing and the welcome pack was so generous with prosecco, chocolate and sweets,it was a really nice touch. The wood burning stove was great on cooler nights with a well stocked supply of wood. We would definitely like to return 😊
The only thing I could say was the oven as it took a while to heat up but that's just personal preference.

I have already sent in an email that the cooker was dirty and required an all round clean before use!

Being as I lived in Llandudno for many many years before moving to the States, I was already familiar with the area and very aware of just how steep & tight the roads are to the cottage. The cottage was just as it is depicted, if not better. Quiet, idyllic, clean, and cozy & has just about every convenience that most people have in their homes. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which are very tiny, but that posed no issue for me. So long as I could shower/wash/brush my teeth, which I could. Also having two toilets in such a small cottage was a nice surprise. The views are stunning, and both the garden & small backyard are private & not overlooked by the locals, in fact, the only intruders were the local sheep, goats, and two kitties, that wander by daily, which was quite lovely. Although the 2-bed cottage is quite small it is quite spacious. The kitchen bar allows for 4 to sit & is a great place to congregate and play board games, 3 can easily stretch out on the sofa plus a 4th on the pouf and there are 4 chairs around the table. I had family visiting daily, including grandchildren & no point did it feel cramped. The wifi signal was adequate, it was very occasionally weak, but that is to be expected when you are halfway up a mountain, it did not prevent me from calling for the odd taxi or ordering food in.
Also, I absolutely loved the "snack & beverage" packages left by the owners. 2 bottles of prosecco, plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar & some confectionary, which my grandaughters loved. Having traveled with just carry-on luggage, I really appreciated the pretty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash samples in the bathroom too. There were lots of board games and card games, which we used each evening and a nice selection of paperback books. The bedding was clean, there were plenty of bath towels and lots of extra blankets to snuggle up under on the sofa in the evenings.
The heating for the ground floor was not working when I arrived and the downstairs living areas of the cottage were pretty cold when I arrived from Manchester airport. Although the information left stated wood had been left for the log burner, there wasn't & I had to trek down the Orme into town to buy firewood to warm the cottage through, which wasn't a big issue, just a little inconvenient and pricey, especially as I had to use a taxi both ways. However, when I contacted the landlord the following day, he couldn't have been more helpful, he had somebody call over immediately to check and when that did not work, he promptly brought a couple of electric heaters over, so the rest of my stay was very comfortable. The beds are squeaky, and the double is really squeaky, however, it did not bother me in the slightest, I can sleep anywhere. My daughter, who was in the smaller room, did come running through the first night, when I rolled over in bed, thinking something was wrong, due to the noise the bed made though ;) As for the comfort of the bed, we all have different expectations, hard mattresses, soft mattresses, high/low mattresses, so it would be impossible to please everyone. For me, I found it semi-comfortable, I have slept on much much worse, I certainly had no complaints, but was happy to get home to my own bed after a 10-hour flight.

The welcome pack was much appreciated. The location was secluded and quiet. In just a few moment you could walk and be looking at wonderful scenery. The log burner made the place very cosy. The cottage appeared to have been recently refurbished and was in good condition.
The two onsuite shower rooms were alittle cramped. Other than this the cottage was great.

Lovely location near top of Great Orme, beautiful cottage with free welcome pack a bonus.Would like to go again.
Wi-Fi signal poor, could not get Netflix but did not spoil the holiday. Double bed needs tightening with Allen key, creaking a lot. A mirror in the bedroom as well as bathroom would be helpful. Got a bit hot at night as cottage so well insulated.

It was a very nice area, quiet food value for money for 3 nights and excellent renovation.
One of the showers wasn’t working, bit of a mission up the hill.
