We enjoyed our stay in a mostly well-equipped, nicely presented flat

It was well equipped including dishwasher and microwave. It was nicely decorated and the heating worked well so we were never cold. The host was gave lots information prior to the stay. There were nice views from the windows. It was close to main attractions in Llandudno.

There were only two forks so two of us had to use spoons to eat. The double bed mattress was quite uncomfortable - the right hand mattress in particular seems to have sagged quite a bit in the middle so might benefit from being replaced. The kitchen strainer had some food debris left in it and the corners in each room were a bit dirty - the property was otherwise very clean. Otherwise the property was great.

Key to enter flat was very difficult to use and needs looking at. It took us over 5 mins to open door. A worry everytime we entered/ left flat.

FANTATIC STAY, LOVELY AND COMFY, BEST NIGHT STAY!

Everything! Lovely and cosy and great for two couples as two separate levels forceach party. Kitchen facilities excellent, fully equipped. Best host!! Checking in and making sure all was comfortable for us. Excellent location and parking! Ben wad sooo helpful. Hubby had the best sleep ever and you are honoured for him to day that!!

Nothing really www except no glass tumblers. Petty eh but that is nothing to reflect the fantastic value of this great place. Thank you Ben for a lovely stay x

Lovely place, perfect spot for Llandudno promenade. Clean, tidy and nicely refurbished.

Fabulous property, nicely refurbished, lovely and warm and cosy and a great spot just off the promenade. Five minute walk from Venue Cymru. Easy free parking and plenty of room for 4 adults or a family. Everything we needed was there.

Bit cold on arrival but excellent heating system soon had the place warm and cosy. Lots of stairs up to apartment on top floor and even within the apartment so not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Fabulous apartment.

Ben was excellent. Sent very clear information about getting into the apartment etc . Also gave good information about where to eat in the area. Easy to park. Quiet street. Only two minute walk to promenade. Apartment was super clean and cozy . The weather was awful. But this made it all the better . We decided to not go out on the evening. We all felt cozy and warm and so chose to eat and stay in 😀. TV great with Apps . Very nice fitted kitchen Two toilets which was great . The kitchen equipment was spotless and there was everything there . We were all very impressed. We will definitely be back in the Spring when it's a bit warmer. Oh and beds were super comfy !! 💤💤

10am check out. Bit too early on a weekend. Could it go to 11 ? Other than that I loved everything. Thank you .

The best thing was the location away from the main part of town but near the sea. Great communication and tips from Ben, the owner.

Well presented apartment, close to town centre.

Well presented , well maintained and well equipped apartment. Attentive host who provided useful prior guidance on the use of kitchen equipment - obviously in tune with customer needs. Even though there was just the two of us, the second toilet is most welcome. The heating system worked well throughout. Within walking distance of Llandudno town and retail shops. Close to bus stops with a pretty regular service in to town etc. Easy walking access to promenade.

Car parking was on the street. We were allocated flat 3 which was up two flights of stairs and the apartment itself was then on two levels.

Lovely apartment close to the beach. Modern facilities and clean. There were plenty of board games.

The beds were too firm for us including the sofa bed.

Location, very clean & lovely soft bedding.

Just a couple of minor issues. Toilet flush in main bathroom was sticking so kept on filling up. We would suggest a bath mat in there too as showering was extremely slippy. The bath towels smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Very minor issues but thought you’d like to know. Didn’t spoil our trip though.

The location of the apartment was excellent, stones throw from shops and the promenade. Access was excellent, parking is right outside, all in all a great place to stay and when we go back we will definitely check availability for the apartment again

Spotlessly clean and well-appointed flat in a great location close to the sea-front and theatre

Our only (v minor) problem was that there was no washing up sponge/cloth/ tea-towels/kitchen roll, and no dishwasher tablets left so difficult to clean up after ourselves.

The beach was literally around the corner and shops 5 minutes drive, the house was beautiful, very comfortable the host himself was very quick to reach out to, the cleanliness of the property was on point will definitely book again

Great stay overall and very happy as a young family

The flat was ideally located close to the promenade in a quiet area close to many food outlets. It was handy having access to a washing machine, hob and oven, and the flat was quite well equipped.

The carpets could do with replacing or a very thorough clean.

Excellent apartment , highly recommend

Excellent location about 20 minutes walk to pier and attractions. . Only a few minutes walk to the sea . Shops and eating places close by . Comfortable apartment in a quiet part of llandudno so no trouble getting a good night's sleep .

Minor things were no soap in small cloakroom toilet . No shower gel in bathroom just shampoo and conditioner. Had difficulty removing the key from the main door of the building , it sticks in the barrel. A few more loo rolls would have been good .

We really enjoyed the short stay at the apartment. It was not a long walk. Very quiet at night. We will be returning. The facilities were great. All of my party enjoyed there stay. Highly recommend it. And the host Ben was very helpful.

Perfectly wonderful

The property was much bigger than we expected. It was really clean and had absolutely everything we could possible need. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of blankets, duvets, pillows and towels. It made a refreshing change to have plenty of kitchen supplies. It was really like a home from home and we were in no hurry to leave! Our host Ben made the check in process so easy and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Fabulous

The property was very specious, easy to find and very clean. We had a lovely 2 night stay with myself, my mum and 2 kids. It was easy to find and parking was fine. The children had plenty of space to play And we weren’t on top of each other. I would recommend if you’re ok with stairs. We found a couple of pubs to sit outside and to eat at and also a lovely big park just 5 mins walk away. Ben the host was very helpful and quickly messaged with details how to get into property and if we had any issues felt like I could let him know.

It was a little far from the pier however we found this fine as we were out of the busy end of the promenade. There are a few stairs however again this didn’t bother us.

A pleasant little break

The location was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a very pleasant stay despite the change in the weather. All the equipment worked- shower, heating, dish washer. The heating was efficient which was great because it was quite cool weather. We were very happy with the amount of equipment for cooking. We appreciated the info about local facilities

The mattress was ok but it’s starting to feel a bit lumpy. The towels were quite small. It would be a good idea to make the amount of steps clearer. The flat isn’t suitable for limited mobility.

The property is beautiful and very clean . Felt like home .

It smelt beautiful , we arrived to fresh bread and milk . There was also other bits and bats in the kitchen which came in useful . Has everything you could need and the location is right near the front so it was perfect . Parking was nice and easy also and there’s two retail parks close by which was great and a large Asda . I’d definitely stay here again . The apartment is much bigger than it looks on pictures . Ben was great getting back to messages and providing information for us . 5*

Modern and bright apartment.

Lovely bright and modern apartment. Comfortable king size beds and lounge/dining area. Extra bonus was that the host offered bread and milk and gave local restaurant recommendations. Location was good for us as it was quieter and less crowded which meant we could easily park outside the apartment. We enjoyed walking along the beach towards the pier.
