Lovely flat in a good location.

The location was perfect, and the flat itself was really cosy and nice. There is lots of books and some boardgames as well as a tv with Netflix etc. The bed was comfy and big and we didn't have any issues.

Very enjoyable.

Nice clean comfy apartment in a good location. Massive comfortable bed, I slept like a log. There is a pleasant living area with Netflix available on the TV (though I didn't use it - I don't go away on holiday to watch TV, and the weather was dry all week). Good kitchen area and an excellent shower.

It's a 3rd floor flat, which didn't bother me personally, but you should be aware of this when booking in case it does, As always with even the best self-catering rental properties, the pots and pans left a lot to be desired. But I've found this at every such place I've stayed, even ones that were a lot more expensive than here.

Location and the apartment had everything you wanted.

Being on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very steep so it was a little difficult with my large suitcase to carry up.

Nice apartment

The apartment was bright, clean it had everything you wanted for a short stay, the walk in shower was lovely, we didn't use the cooker as we ate out every night, all in all we would stay there again

It's not a criticism but the two seater sofa was a bit uncomfortable could do with replacing it, the apartment was on the third floor which in fairness should have been pointed out at the start

Great space really clean and very good explanatory book. Quiet location and very comfortable bed and seating.

Very good location - near railway station, seafront and shops. Quiet. No parking on site but easy to find free parking nearby.

Stairs up to the flat were hard work for an older couple such as ourselves!

Enjoyable, relaxed stay, with no issues x

Great location, road was much quieter than expected being by the station. Apartment had everything you need for a stay, good choice of games and books and also handy 5o have the huge tv with subscriptions included.

The stairs were a bit of an issue with luggage as it’s a good two sets and few more, even the dog was knackered at the end of the stay! Think the stairs was only issue but not enough to put off staying again.

Wonderful greeting, and the apartment was great. Plenty of space, clean and airy.

Lack of parking when unloading, however there are plenty of streets within walking distance to park your car once you are done.

Comfortable apartment, great location.

A cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything was provided that we coud have needed. Especially loved the modern kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent - a few steps from Llandudno Train Station and a couple of blocks down to the foreshore. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Good location. Comfy sofa. Basic standard, not very welcoming

The sofa was very comfy

Flat was cold when we got in, being February it took a while to warm up. Instructions for the heaters was poor - we couldn’t work one of the heaters. It wasn’t very welcoming. Milk in fridge but very limited tea and coffee - the bare minimum.

The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything that we needed. We were contacted by the hosts to check we were ok and also to provide help with any questions that we had. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment was lovely, even with the 2 beds in the living room there was still plenty of space for the 4 of us. You don’t need to bring anything with you, the apartment has all the essentials & a book case full of books & games to suit all ages. We cooked both evenings & watched a film on Netflix at the end of each day.

Very lovely and comfortable apartment. It is really close to the city center, beach and ASDA supermarket, while also being far enough from the crowds and noise. Living room and kitchen are very spacious.

Exceptional stay x

Everything about this break was exceptional. I was contacted prior to arriving and spoke to Michelle who is friendly and was easy to contact if needed. Clear instructions were given to access and due to late arrival Michelle had kindly popped the heating on for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern. We hope we are able to come back very soon and stay again x
