Had a lovely week with family in a nice house.
Nice big house, large kitchen. Hot tub and back yard space were lovely for the kids and dog. 2 off-road parking spaces were great, parking in the back yard would have been tight. Free overnight parking at the nearby leisure centre was plentiful.

Exceptional
The house was well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. All the rooms were extremely spacious and having the hot tub in the garden was an added bonus. The house was in a great location with only a short walk to town. The staff were so helpful and quickly rectified an issue with the WiFi connectivity keeping us updated and arranging an engineer to attend the property to resolve.

Great house, great location
Great place for a family get together. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of things to do in the local area. Dr Crank's ghost walk recommended.
Top floor bedroom stairs steep and could be improved with a hand rail. Access to parking in rear of propery quite tricky with anything bigger than a medium sized car. Be aware that the road the property is on has two names, John St one side, and Normanby Terrace the other (Dr Crank will explain if you go on the ghost walk!)

Fantastic location
We have stayed here twice now with friends and we will definitely be back again! The house is in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The house was clean throughout and the rooms are very spacious. We love that it is also dog friendly! It has everything you need for your stay including a travel cot and highchair for the kids and the hot tub is a great addition.
We tried to contact the host about the heating and didn't get a response. Luckily we did manage to sort this ourselves in the end but the communication could be better.

Home from home
Brilliant location which is perfect for visiting Whitby and it is difficult to get lost! It is a huge house with plenty of space in the living area for us all. The table was set beautifully with a lovely hamper on arrival! Parking is easy enough too. The hot tub was cleaned and like new when we arrived and the garden area was big enough to use. The decor was homely. Lots of drawers and wardrobes if you have a long stay and wanted to fully unpack. The beds were very comfy and we were provided with lots of bedding, towels, cushions etc. We would definitely return and would recommend!
