Host & Stay - Silver Street Apartments

The place is nice , modern and clean and it's near from the city centre and few minutes from shops and walking distance from everything

Because the flat is on the bottom floor we always hear noise from above the floor after midnight, hoover or shouting and footsteps. Theres some moulds and floor damage but it's not really a big deal for us and last day the washing machine doesn't work

Good location very central.

Living room and kitchen had damp patches and smelt of damp when entering. Draft blew through the letter box and through the wood where it had spilt over the years. No internal vestibule door to stop draft. Bed was not a double as stated and was a three quarter bed that was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were hard. When leaving the apartment on checkout day there was a couple standing outside the property who informed us that they owned it. However when I loaded the car up they moved further down the road and I left the key in the key lock. Also no back door and windows very small so where is the fire exit for the rear of the property?????
