Great find in the centre of town.

The location was perfect, in own and a few minutes walk to shops and bars. Parking included in secure garage was appreciated. Apartment was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Communication with owners is very good. Will definitely book again.

2 bed reasonably priced apartment near town in Hull with lift access.

We stayed here 3 times now I can tell it has been decorated and a few changes to last time including a coffee machine and looked like a dishwasher(didn't use it though)which was a good things were added the sofa was comfortable in general cleaner than previous years but still not as good as it could and should be due to previous guests not leaving things clean eg cutlery etc and left dirty trays used and greasy in the oven and assume broke the roller blind and things weren't picked up on also had no water same as previous stay didn't get the sleep I hoped for great it had a lift to apartment entry and WiFi codes were sent previously to arriving which was good hard bit was code for apartment must be entered on the door handle never seen this before so took a while to enter as told it was a panel called owner to help with this turned out panel was replaced got sorted out.

Door entry was time consuming,no hot water boiled kettles to wash up couldn't have a bath due to this was really wanting a bath but couldn't,my son couldn't get the ensuite shower to work properly it was hot and wouldn't change the temperature,had to wash cutlery and oven trays to cook dinner as were left filthy ,the bed I had was uncomfortable for me springs could be felt and noisy outside early hours and morning it was an overnight stay for my son's birthday we went to the cinema which was good but the apartment wasn't as hoped which was a shame.didnt take photos this time due to issues with certain things etc.

Does the job!

The property does what it needs to! And provided a lot of open space in the living area with more than enough room for two people. It’s clean enough with no signs of wear and is presented well.

If I had to be critical; If you naturally want to park in the garage and unload bags it is a bit of a faff to go upstairs with your belongings because you are not provided a fob for the garage door. There were only two coffee pods there for myself and my husband who had booked to stay two nights, and no sugar or sweetener. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but a short message to Nicky and Paul and the cleaner had arrived within a couple of hours. I was impressive by how attentive they were and how quickly this was rectified. It can be quite noisy outside so if you need a good nights sleep you can’t really keep the window open but other than that, it’s a good place for an overnight stay!

Not as nice as the photos sadly, and still waiting for deposit and refund for the lack of hot water

The closeness to the theatre for work was great! And having parking was very helpful

There were issues with the boiler, (out of the hosts hands) and got fixed by the Friday for hot water but sadly had to cope with no heat or water for 4 days! The crockery and cutlery weren’t very clean and the toilet was blocked on arrival.. it was sorted the next day! The flat decor was dated with old blinds which didn’t keep any light out in the bedrooms, it’s also very noisy around there as work being done in the building next door!

Nice clean, spacious apartment. Excellent location for the city centre, plenty of bars, restaurants etc nearby. Hosts were great and informative. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Hull.

All in all a great short holiday

Lovely apartment in a great location with secure underground parking

Could be cleaned and maintained a lot better. Could really do with the sofa being replaced as it was torn and patched up, Wardrobe and drawers in bedroom could also be replaced as they are very flimsy

It was really relaxing and quite, the apartment had everything you need so had nothing to worry about, good parking and hassle free entry basically come and go as you please… the balcony area was a bonus nice to sit out there and relax after a hard days work

clean and comfortable but in need of maintenance

the property was clean ,comfortable and warm annd was ideally situated near to the centre with plenty of resaurants and public houses and shops.

some light bulbs need replacing.bed base in first room on the left is very low to the floor thus making getting up very awkward. the carpet in this room is very heavely stained and needs replacing. the matching set of draws in both bedrooms are so woberly that they almost collapse when you pull the draws open. moving into living room/kitchen, the sofa is ripped beyond repair and needs replacing. when you open the knife draw it catches on the washing machine door and opens that as well. one of the kitchen unit pistons is broken so you have to hold the door up when trying to get plates out. went to use the small fan in the other bedroom and it doesnt work. im afraid paul its time to spend some money and do some repairs.

Great apartment within walking distance to the city centre. Brilliant instructions sent on how we access the building. Will use again when we visit Hull. We found apartment clean and tidy and we left it the same for the cleaner to come in and tidy. Thanks for a great stay!!

Tea towel in the kitchen would be a bonus, luckily I read the reviews and popped one in. Shower gel in the bathrooms would be good, again we packed our own just in case. Overall no real problems.

Kitchen is modern and well-equipt. Overall, the flat is decorated with modern and tasteful design. I liked not having the responsibility of a key.

Previous guests hadn't treated the flat so well and there were a few minor scratches and carpet stains. Critically, it was very clean.

Rude owner!

Ideal central location. Easy access, has parking, clean, decent price.

The rudeness of the owner. Informed us they were entering flat to change the tables which previous guests broke. Didn't ask if it was OKbut just went in. Left the lockbox to the apartment wide open so anybody could take the key and enter where all of our belongings were along with valuables we thought would be safe! Blamed us for marks on the carpet which weren't ours at all, I guess he does this to keep the extra 200 deposit which needs to be paid along with the cost. Very unprofessional responses from the owner. It could have been a great stay but we were left feeling very uncomfortable in the apartment on the first day! Also; might be worth asking for dish towels and cloths as there are none. Not ideal when you try to clean up after yourself or take stuff out the oven.

The situation and being able to get together with family Hull old town

Quite a lot of things need improvement in the apartment. Shower in bathroom isn't working though a nail has been put in it. Kitchen sink and fridge boxes weren't clean and my husband cleaned them. One double bed very uncomfortable. Door to washer keeps opening and cupboards above don't stay open making it difficult to replace things. Crockery is a complete miss match. Key codes for admittance to apartments are long and complicated. Coffee maker not working in 2nd floor apartment
