This is a converted office building in central Hull. Access was easy, using the lockbox. Great comms from the excellent hosts. We had allocated parking at the front door. Common areas of the building could do with a bit of modernisation, but the apartment itself was perfection; clean, well equipped and spacious.

The second bedroom is up some rather steep stairs, so not great for us oldies. Fortunately we were alone and able to use the downstairs bedroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at this serviced apartment in Hull. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days. Having free parking directly outside the building was a huge bonus, especially since I was working night shifts—it made coming and going at odd hours so convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for both work and leisure. Adam and Jo were extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’d happily book again and recommend it to anyone needing a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Hull.
