Well located for accessing museum quarter

Absolutely filthy. Bare minimum of surface cleaning done. Various bits of damage to the apartment (kitchen drawers broken, holes in walls, previous flooding damage from an apartment above). Our socks turned brown from 15 minutes of walking through the apartment.

Not impressed with the stay, would not return which is a shame

Size of the apartment

No bowls for breakfast, dirty apartment, sink taps not working, pull out bed dirty and not fit for purpose, wifi doesn’t work, toilet rolls were dirty. Neighbours below smoking weed and the smell coming up through the apartment

The shower was the best part of a really, really bad experience

We had a funeral to go to in Hull and we are a family of 6 people. The place was a litany of horrors and not at all appropriate for 6 people. There were literally 3 sets of cutlery, 2 chipped glasses, 1 bowl, filthy and burned pots and cookware. Not only that, there was only two chairs - 2 broken ones were dumped in a utility closet. We were literally sitting on the floor to eat. We gave my 90 year old father one of the 2 chairs to sit on and it broke beneath him, tumbling him to the floor. It had been already broken and badly glued back together! They are damn lucky he avoided being badly injured. The sofa bed was unusable as a bed it was that uncomfortable and the other beds weren't much better, you could feel the springs sticking into you in the night. The windows were filthy and when we moved one bedside table there was a huge clump of blonde hair underneath it. Someone had literally cut their hair in there. Ughhh! I would not recommend to anyone to stay here. One of my worst stays ever! Complaints to the so-called managers by text didn't do anything. They offered to bring more kitchen equipment on the last day of our stay - the day of the funeral. We didn't want to be disturbed on that day, obviously. We had already bought 4 glasses and paper plates in Tesco anyway. Customer support was absolutlely useless, slow to respond and just paying lip service. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good location but lots of faults with the property.

Convenient location, good sized rooms.

Not clean- lots of hairs on bedding and towels. The building was not very well maintained and there was a damp patch on the carpet outside the bathroom. The dishwasher was also out of use. Felt like a lot of money for this quality sadly.

Great , simple - would stay again for work

It was a great stay and only 2mins walk form where we were working. The flat itself is clean and modern and I sept very well in the main bedroom. The Shower and bathroom also worked well.

The pots and pans and general kitchen utensils were underwhelming. Bottom of the range cooking pans which make cooking a faff. And the kitchen was lacking things like: A chopping board, better pans, more utensils.

Maravilhoso o lugar , seguro e tranquilo.

A localização muito boa , apartamento limpo , lençóis e toalhas em perfeito estado. Geralmente a porta está ficando aberta da recepção. O Wi-Fi não estava pegando. , me conectei no do apartamento 302 . Troque os número da senha do Wi-Fi por 302 que dá certo . O interfone funciona perfeitamente. , tem elevador. Tem câmera na porta . Muito seguro

Bien placé mais mérite un raffraichissement

Bien placé, en plein centre ville proche des commerces et des pubs et restaurants, facile de se garer, facile d'accès, belle superficie d'appartement, belle réactivité et qualité des échanges avec les propriétaires

L'appartement est en mauvais état et mérite un vrai rafraîchissement et c'est en plein écho avec les autres commentaires

Belle superficie et bien placé

Bien placé en plein centre ville, facile de se garer, personnel agréable et réactif, belle superficie d'appartement (mon second commentaire est plus positif car les appartements 102 et 202 sont en bien meilleurs état que le 103 qui mériteun vrai raffraichissement)

Les chaises sont à réparer et il en manque 3, il manque des bols et les poêles sont en mauvais état
