Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The apartment is warm, comfortable and in an excellent position, within walking distance to the old fruit market’s pubs and restaurants and the pretty harbour. A short walk over the bridge and you’re in the larger city area with art gallery, cathedral and museum, all free entry, and a variety of pubs and shops. Although we went in half term, it was very quiet. The Spanish tapas bar (Ambiente) in an old warehouse, tastefully decorated, in the old fruit market is delicious and very reasonably priced. The Humber Bridge is a short drive away; a stunning piece of architecture and definitely worth a visit. A really lovely place to stay!
A small thing, but some milk in the fridge would have been nice. We run an air bnb ourselves and provide a welcome basket with nibbles and prosecco etc, whilst this isn’t strictly necessary, after a 7 hour drive, a cup of tea would have been nice, so I’d say milk for tea is a necessity, especially as it was quite hard to find the local shop.

Excellent apartment. Exceptionally clean tidy and homely. Hosts gave plenty of information before arrival and had information available at the apartment.
Beds were very comfy, travel cot provided for our toddler. Basics included such as shower gel shampoo/conditioner , tea/ coffee and washing up liquid.
I would highly recommend a stay. Nice quiet area with plenty on the doorstep.

Lovely apartment in the Fruit Market/Marina area with its own secure allocated parking space in gated car park at the rear.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There was everything we needed in the apartment which was immaculate. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby including The Minerva which we've been to on previous trips to Hull. Would recommend it but advise you to book a table in advance! We also ate at Bert's Pasta Bar which we'd also recommend. Only a short walk over the pedestrian bridge to the Arena, Old Town and shopping area. We stayed as we went to see a show at the Arena. We plan to stay again!

The location was really great, the nicest part of Hull! The apartment was spacious, modern, very comfortable & had nice coffee.
The windows don't fit very well so you may need earplugs at times. The sofabed room doesn't have curtains, only blinds so you may need an eye mask.

We loved this place a real gem in the heart of the city. The location was excellent - in walking distance to everything. The Marina , with it’s bar’s and restaurant's at the end of the road. We came for a couple of concert’s at The Bonus Arena which was only 10 mins walk away. There is a lovely little bakery and coffee shop less than 50 metres away too. Parris was la lovely host and very accommodating we would definitely stay again.
My only point here is that the shower was a little slow and a bit hit and miss with temperature. However would not put us off coming back.

No breakfast provided but as the kitchen is fully kitted out we were able to make our own. Plenty of eateries in walking distance. So nice to be greeting by the host in person.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, around 5 minute walk to The Deep and even less for restaurants. Photos don't do it justice, perfect home from home. Extremely clean and stylish, high quality furniture and soft furnishings. The bed can only be described as a massive marshmallow, even the quilt was super soft. Hosts provided high chair, travel cot (with bedding) and even some toys for my son. Host was unable to greet us due to personal reasons but her Mum greeted us. Friendly, warm hand over and ensured we had everything we needed. Restaurants are nearby or failing that, there is substantial takeaway options. Perfect stay for our son's 1st birthday week.

Clean, spacious and welcoming. An excellent location for exploring the local area - within easy walking distance to the museum quarter and The Deep. Lots of lovely places to eat near by too. Facilities above and beyond too, didn’t need to use any but additional for toddlers (some toys, toddler cutlery, a cot provided with to older pillow and duvet!)
For us it was too warm, which is something we’re used to when staying away from home. Thermostat SO easy to control and was managed within the hour we arrived!

This is the only apartment we’ve ever rented in the UK that had everything it said. Usually, the UK has different standards when it comes to luxury. It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, fresh and well kept. The owners answered our enquiries quickly and friendly, and even provided toys, cot and a high chair for my baby.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and very comfortable. It’s obvious Parris has taken a lot of thought to make sure your stay is of the highest quality. I travel for business all the time and have a good knowledge of hotels. Don’t hesitate to book as this is far superior than any hotel I’ve stayed in the UK.
