When the heating wasn’t on over night it was very cold and it wouldn’t let us turn it on in the bedrooms

Very clean and efficient. Free parking in basement, good but be careful if you have a larger car as it's a bit tight. Very comfortable bed.
Very compact accommodation.. but adequate if you're planning to be out & about.very compact WC/shower.

Spacious and clean
Very annoying remote phone-based entry system that requires you to log on to the WiFi before you get in the door. WAY too many emails about the flat, entry, exit etc. maybe a physical key in a lock box would be easier?! I’m reasonably I.T literate and it was painful, god knows how anybody older or less phone-savvy would cope.

The accommodation was in an excellent location for central Hull city centre. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Complementary milk was provided.
After we returned home we were upset to have received an email from the accommodation stating that because we took a dog and did not inform them we were banned from the property.
I emailed them immediately after looking through previous correspondence were we stated we are taking our Collie. In retrospect we should have stated a border collie dog. However at the time this was not picked up by the accommodation. We had no problem at all paying an excess for our pet and I profusely apologised stating it was not my intention to deceive. However the accommodation did not even reply to my email. So unfortunately we will not be able to stay there again because of our ban .To be honest we are a retired couple and have never been banned from anywhere our whole lives.
There was a small issue with the taps in the main bath in that we could only fill up the bath once we were sat in it because the shower screen was fixed and did not move and the taps were temperamental we did advise the accommodation but they said their housing team could not find a problem.

The apartment itself was clean, tidy and comfortable, also spacious and tastefully decorated.
Unfortunately 2 days after our departure I received an email saying that a stain was left on the wall following our stay. My friends and I who stayed there did not cause this but have now not received our deposit back even though this mysterious stain wasn't caused by anyone in our group. Nor did we notice the stain during or after our stay so something has gone awry in the two days after our departure to receiving that email. Unfortunately the accusatory tone of the email sent was distressing and after a few messages offered no form of resolve or any understanding despite me explaining that this was in no way caused by us. It all felt a little bit off. I'd just recommend that if you're thinking of booking to stay here take photos of every inch of the apartments so that this can't be done to anyone else staying here.
They basically said that because we don't have any photos to back up our side that we have no evidence and that it must've been caused by us.

Great location in the centre of hull stunning apartments with great views from the top floor.
Couldn’t park our SUV so had to leave it in an ncp about 10 mins walk.

Location, enough space for 8 people, specious room
In the living room/ kitchen there are no curtains, it would be perfect to have them if someone is sleeping there.

Used the local George Street MSCP which was £3 for 24 hours!
Would definitely recommend and would certainly return

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location.
Was like living in a big brother house. Felt like you were being constantly watched.
I hated the digital entry system. Didn’t feel safe getting my phone out at night in that area and having to fumble though emails to find the link to get in, god forbid if my phone was lost or stolen, I’d have been on the streets. Front door was broken and did not close properly unless you slammed it shut disturbing the neighbours. Varied reception from staff. One was lovely, another was quite rude, bordering on obnoxious. I loved the apartment but I would not stay there again. Also I have not yet received my deposit back even though I checked out on Sunday 10th Aug, Nor have I had a reply to my lost email and phone call regarding a lost item.

Nice central and beautiful
Could do with a sweeping brush for the kitchen area and a little more toilet paper other then that it’s perfect

The space and the location was fantastic. And the apartment was so well equipped.

Very well equipped and comfortable suite which gave us room to spread out, and the kitchen was a bonus. The bathroom was on the small side but perfectly adequate. The location was perfect for exploring the lovely Old Town, with its many cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. The on-site parking was welcome but it is very tight, as advertised, so only to be used for a smallish car. We found the digital key to access the building and apartment very easy to use.
After we had checked out, I was charged for a missing hairdryer. After protesting that I had not removed it, I was told that their checking process was thorough, with "no room for error". Well, there obviously is room for error, and this experience left a bad taste in the mouth after what had been a very nice stay. For this reason, I will not be staying at Humber Loft Apartments again.

Great Apartment with great location. Enough space for a 7 person group and everyone loved it. The decor is really modern, everything was perfectly clean and we are over the moon. Will return in the future.

Felt very sterile indeed. No TV in the bedroom.

The location was brilliant, it felt really safe. The apartment was extremely clean. The timings of the heating were spot on, it was nice to arrive home in the evening to a warm apartment. It was lovely that the sofa bed was already made up for us.
although stating the cafe was open at 9am on Saturdays, it was closed. We were planning to have breakfast there so didn’t buy at supplies in so it meant we had to find somewhere else. However, due to the location being so central this wasn’t difficult!

Great location
We had to downsize at last minute. The price difference was £20 and we only received one bottle of Prosecco which doesn’t seem reasonable

Perfect for our needs during a short stay in Hull, clean, reasonably priced and a great location.
Cafe with friendly staff on the ground floor is handy for breakfast but note it is not open on a Monday which seemed odd.
The code to open the doors is on a link in an e-mail that is sent to you at the time you specify you will arrive, we booked two rooms but only got an e-mail for one of the rooms so assumed the second e-mail had gone missing in the ether, it was all sorted with a quick chat with the lovely host.

Beds were so comfy , they rang me to make sure I wanted the sofa bed as I didn't request it online so we wouldn't be left short once we were in which I am appreciative of. The bedrooms were so comfy and large in size . My little one's loved it . Shower was good , loved the built in shower gell as we forgot ours , even though we grabbed some from the shop having it there incase was a nice touch. Didn't want to add this to the didn't like section as this was the only a slight issue , The email for the door key didn't send which meant ringing trying to get it sent through. It was sorted pretty easily , the guy on the phone said the email bounced and re sent it to a different email. Parking was amazing having it right below , good amount of spaces and had no issues . Overall lovely stay.

Unfortunately an email that we should have received which would have acted as our key never arrived. However the coffee shop staff helped us and then an email was then sent , which meant we could gain access. The coffee shop staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered our dog a vegan cream in a tub and a water bowl.We checked out of the accommodation at 10.00 and after a phone call was made we were able to leave our car in the secure parking area and we had a look around Hull before we left. We also popped into the cafe (coffee shop)on the lower level and had a tea with cake and there were vegan options available.
Just the initial problem with the key and the very tight parking area. Also didn't like at night when we wanted to access the apartment quickly we had to log on to our emails to get the scanned code up to access the property.
However overall were very happy with the accommodation and all the staff we had contact with. The property is a very good standard however thought 25 pound per night for our dog was expensive.(but we were aware of that before we made the booking)

The location was convenient
Whilst the property was as described, it was not the home-from-home we were hoping for. It had two chairs which were not comfortable in front of a TV which didn't connect to the wifi and App services, leaving just BBC1 accessible. We gave up and sat on the bed with our laptops, which was no different than if we'd stayed in a hotel room.
I had booked this apartment on behalf of my son and partner, who were in Hull for very difficult personal circumstances. They started their stay at a local hotel (The Hilton), which worked well. Originally, we'd tried to book the Humber Lofts for the full time planned in Hull, but it hadn't been available for the first week. When it became available again, it was booked with the idea it would create more freedom and comfort to get away from the four walls of a hotel room, even when our need for the apartment was shortened, we planned to stay the duration and treat it as a well needed break. It failed to deliver comfort and was extremely disappointing. We decided to leave after 3 of the 5 nights booked.
They run an efficient business, which is clearly used by a lot of people. It wasn't the experience we hoped for.

The location was convenient
The apartment was not as described or as per the pictures. There was a bed, a small table, but no sofa. The kitchen area didn't have an oven, just a microwave so were unable to cook. 2 each of cutlery, plates, and bowls.
I had booked this apartment on behalf of my son and partner, who were in Hull for personal commitments. They started their stay at a local hotel (The Hilton), which worked well for convenience, and cooked breakfast during the week. Changing to an apartment was supposed to give them a home-from-home feel and the ability to eat in. It failed to deliver comfort or cleanliness and was extremely disappointing. They only stayed 3 of the 5 nights booked.
From our experience, the hosts are not interested in their guests' satisfaction and put commerciality ahead of anything.

Location was good
Car park like Crystal Maze. Dirty toilet brush. Bad maintenance to walls. Uncomfy tiny couch - not fit for 2bed apartment. One toilet roll supplied. Freezing cold and can only get more heat if we paid for it. Long curtains hide the radiators. Bad view from lounge window. No TV in bedrooms.

Great location, walkable distance to train station, town, and the quayside. Great room with good facilities, kitchen stocked, and lots of lights from the windows (don't worry, blinds did great work).
Was a little confused on communication beforehand, door code/keys were jumbled between other emails and semi difficult to find unless you knew where to look or browsed around beforehand. But staff on the phone was helpful. Bed was massive but both bed and pillows were not comfortable for us, very hard mattress and limp pillows. Just FYI - not great for those who don't have an internet connection or smartphone as you need it to access the room.
