There was truly not one bad thing about the property… it was everything and more we could of asked for

The property was in a conveniently located area to be able to reach Hull city centre. The bedrooms had lovely comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.
There were a few things that could have just been over looked. There were no hand towels for the bathroom and no bath mat for the large family bathroom. There wasn’t any tea towels in the kitchen and this became an issue because when we went to pull out plates to make dinner on the plates in the cupboard were wet and two had some rice on them. So we pulled them all out and hand washed them but then had no way to get them dry. We ended up buying paper towels from sainsburys to solve this. We also couldn’t find instructions for the oven but we eventually googled how to use it.

We felt comfortable and ‘at home’ during our stay. Good to have three bedrooms and there were plenty of tvs! Automatic lights were very useful. Two bathrooms also came in handy. The road was quiet and there was no disturbance from neighbours, road noise etc. We chatted to several people whilst out and about and everyone was so friendly.
Good selection of eateries within walking distance and bus service was very reliable. Took a trip on the bus to the seaside at Hornsea. Lovely day out.
Marina interesting place to visit - we recommend the Brazilian Churrascaria for lunch or dinner.
Only very minor points, but there were a few small repairs needed - spring on patio door blind, plasterwork in bathroom and coffee machine not working. Majority of the house was very nicely presented, though.
Toaster would be handy.
First impressions of area might be somewhat negative to those unfamiliar with this part of Hull, but we weren’t bothered by anyone ourselves and there was a real sense of warmth and community along the main road.

Very clean and well equipped
It was a heatwave whilst we were there and it got really hot in the property. There was only 1 fan, could really have done with more
