Absolutely beautiful! So much space and exceptionally clean! Honestly It just felt like we were home! Definitely recommend even if it’s just a night away from reality like us, was so easy with the booking process especially when I was booking literally hours before arrival, definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be back for a longer stay!! 😍🥇🏆 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible experience with the property manager. No empathy, no sympathy. He just said I should cancel

Close to centre, value for money, clean nothing more or less than stated

The only thing that would improve the stay would be double glazed windows. It took a good while to warm the house up. Other than that it was perfect for the price 😁

Great value in a well equipment property all to yourself.

Excellent value property with plenty of facilities. For the price I paid this was outstanding and a nice touch to have a few tea bags and milk jiggers to start me on my way, as well as a toaster and the usual kitchen equipment. Really great if you need to stay in the area and it's a relatively quiet street too. I'd stay again if in the area.

No major dislikes, I thought it exceeded expectations for the price I paid. My only small niggles were that, whilst there is on-street parking, spaces aren't easy to come by. The other thing, which may have been ignorance on my part, is that I didn't see where the heating was controlled so was slightly chilly. Mostly though this place is excellent value.

I would say I enjoyed my stay as it was for a night.

I love that it was spacious, clean and of course close to amenities.

Parking was difficult as it was street parking. we went out and before we came back there was no space to park anymore.

Key code was sent before we arrived and worked fine. Clean and tidy home. Had everything we needed, easily located. Plenty of shops just down the street too.

Awful, didn't stay whole stay.

There was no hot water or heating in the property. When I spoke to the landlord he said he would get a plumber. He hadn't because he met me later (after laughing at me) and saw how it didn't work!

Convenient location for The Avenues.

Very convenient location for visiting friends in 'The Avenues'. The accommodation was spacious, but people should be aware this is not an apartment, it is a whole house with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. This was not a problem for us, but I had expected the facilities to be all on one level.

Ideal for short stay over

Property was more spacious than expected. It’s a typical 2 up 2 down terraced home. Kitchen is well equipped. Was ideal for the price for a one night layover.

Bathroom had an awful smell due to the bath mat being wet. Would be better to replace with a wooden one. A couple of rooms could not get the windows to open Blinds were not completely blackout so would be better if curtains could be fitted Coffee table has a loose leg

The location and ease of access was excellent. The place is clean and comfortable and has everything you could need.

The second bed is a little low and the pillows arnt great but really im struggling to be critical

Location was great, and the house was ideal for what we wanted

Unfortunately, we didn't have any hot water for showers but it was fixed quite quickly and there are carpet tacks sticking out of the stair carpet, a couple of injuries with that

House was very comfortable and clean. Was able to collect keys from keysafe. Owners/managers sent us the key code. Excellent value for 3 of us for one night. Would not have minded staying longer if we had not had to go on elsewhere. Plenty of hot water for shower or bath. Well equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend it to others.

Could not open front bedroom window, although could open the back bedroom window. Knob came off shower control and needs fixing. We were lucky to be able to park, but on-street parking could be a problem later in the day.

Simply dont!!

Absolutely nothing

I didnt stay, due to both bed sheets being dirty. I expected that they would at the very least change the sheets between guests...how wrong I was!! But there's more, a property that just keeps on giving! Now, I've mentioned the dirty sheets, well I'll let you into a little secret.... it really didn't get any better!! Let's have a chat about the mattress. At what point do you think I would want to bathe in other peoples bodily fluid? I'm looking foward to your response on this one!!. A simple, yet inexpensive solution would have been a mattress protector. Whilst not compulsory it sure as hell would avoid me bathing in someones else's muck. To be honest, I think this house is rented by the hour, which is why there is little effort in providing a service that most people would assume was normal in the UK!! Please do us all favour and amend your advert to reflect this.

Good sized property for a few days away.

Great size property with very large bedrooms. Everything you need for a night to a week's stay in a good location. Parking was always easy to find straight outside the house on the road. Host was very easy to get a hold of when needed.

The mattress in the bedroom closest to the bathroom could do with changing or a topper put on. Needs enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining table, just used one from upstairs. Extra pillows and blankets would be a nice touch.

We had a really lovely stay at Cozyhouses, the property was very spacious, clean, quiet and I loved the additional effort that had been put in with the Xmas decor and the colouring books with crayons. Id recommend anyone heading up to Hull to book in with Cozyhouses as it’s very much worth it. Thanks so much :)

The location of the house is good, lots of bars and small shops near. A short walk into town too, around 10-15 mins. The beds were comfy, host was excellent, answered phone calls and texts quickly! Kitchen seems brand new, lots of utensils, tea, coffee, washing up liquid all in the house for you to use, aswell as a hairdryer and some toilet roll for your arrival!

Cleanliness could have been a little better, it's an older house, some things are tired and some areas have been missed. There could also be more furnishings, a little bare and hotel like. Maybe more comfort added to make it a little more homely (this may also stop the front room and kitchen being echoey)

The Host was very friendly and was only a text or a phone call away if there was any problems. very clean and looked after. I only stayed the night but the house had everything you needed for a whole weeks stay! very close to lots of pubs, bars and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay, we visited 'big fun' for the adults night and needed somewhere nearby to stay overnight. It was a 20 min walk away which was perfect and free on street parking which was easy, plenty of spaces. (We came in 2 cars and managed to park infront/behind one another). The house was bigger than we thought! 2 Large bedrooms and sofa bed downstairs. Plenty of space. We didn't really use the kitchen/shower so can't comment on them but the whole place was nice, clean and modern. It had been decorated nicely for valentine's too with heart shapes confetti & candles. Loads of pubs/bars at the end of the street too although they all close at 11pm, so we couldn't get in anywhere after we finished at Big Fun at 10pm. Also lots of takeaways around. Price was great too! So much cheaper than booking hotel rooms.
