We had a very enjoyable stay and would return!
Great location and versatile property, we attended the Christmas Services at Hull Minster, less than five minutes walk away and with great restaurants and pubs in the area, a really good location. Parking for two cars right in the old town of Hull is a definite bonus!
Not so much as a 'dislike', but improvements. With some relatively minor and overall low-cost improvements, the property would be much better, especially in the cold winter months, and it would be a very much a 'home from home' property - which we always aim to 0look for when staying away from home. For example: 1. A heavy door curtain over the back and front doors would retain the heat and keep drafts out. 2. A window blind for the kitchen window would give privacy, day and night, this would also help keep the heat in. 3. Window blinds for the bathrooms, frosted windows do not offer complete privacy, especially when dark outside and the lights are on in the rooms. 4. Heated towel rails for the bathrooms, wet towels do not dry, especially in the winter months. 5. A real bonus in the kitchen would be a washer drier (where the small F/F is) and a tall F/F against the back wall, this would be so good for anyone staying for an extended period of time.

Excellent location.
Excellent location. Very close to the Deep and the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants. A minute walk from the Minster and 15 minute walk max from the train station. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and good attention to detail. Lovely bathrooms and fun decor in downstairs WC.
Could do with a chest of drawers in the 3 large rooms if staying longer than a few days.

Location was great
A couple of things I might have expected were missing - A toaster, maybe a few toiletries in the bathroom. Also hard to imagine how maximum 7 individuals could squeeze into the kitchen or Living room at once.
