Entire home in perfect old town location

Extremely well located for the city. Easy to get to. Lots of local amenities. Well appointed and tastefully decorated and presented.

Only things that were down to personal foibles. This is absolutely no reflection on the property. (No toaster was a bit irksome but I am perfectly capable of using a grill in an oven).

Location GREAT, central Hull, but easy to get to the Humber Bridge and M62. Parking directly in front of the house for 2 cars, with parking permits excellent. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds very comfy, could do with firmer pillows. Great shower plenty of hot water. Appreciated the fans in the bedrooms it was really hot during our stay.

Kitchen is a bit tight for cooking in, we managed. There is only a VERY SMALL fridge, very tight to keep milk, yogurt, salad stuff and fresh chicken etc A standard Fridge/freezer would give guests room.to store food. There are no curtains or blinds on the bathroom windows! People can easily see in....we had to use a blanket at the window for PRIVACY!! The kitchen and hallway windows also need blinds for privacy. MUST FIT A washer/dryer would be a great addition A toaster would be a great addition If you provide a coffee machine, then filters/coffee should be available

Great location and versatile property, we attended the Christmas Services at Hull Minster, less than five minutes walk away and with great restaurants and pubs in the area, a really good location. Parking for two cars right in the old town of Hull is a definite bonus!

Not so much as a 'dislike', but improvements. With some relatively minor and overall low-cost improvements, the property would be much better, especially in the cold winter months, and it would be a very much a 'home from home' property - which we always aim to 0look for when staying away from home. For example: 1. A heavy door curtain over the back and front doors would retain the heat and keep drafts out. 2. A window blind for the kitchen window would give privacy, day and night, this would also help keep the heat in. 3. Window blinds for the bathrooms, frosted windows do not offer complete privacy, especially when dark outside and the lights are on in the rooms. 4. Heated towel rails for the bathrooms, wet towels do not dry, especially in the winter months. 5. A real bonus in the kitchen would be a washer drier (where the small F/F is) and a tall F/F against the back wall, this would be so good for anyone staying for an extended period of time.
