Central Perks Apartment (sleeps 4)

Great central location to the city centre, very comfortable beds I had a great sleep, met the owners of the property which seem nice and helpful, overall great stay, would stay again.

Easy to find and easy to get in. Fans in every room, THANK YOU. Clean, spacious, comfy and safe. Fantasic location. Parking out the front. Quiet, can't hear the neighbours (can't account for the street, but out of your control!) Hi spec appliances. Lovely ornaments and furniture, really homey and cool. Two bathrooms which made all the difference and were both immaculate.

The sofas are very worn, the showers are red hot and cannot be cooled and the main bedroom bed needs replacing as it sags. We couldn't figure out the oven, it just wouldn't get hot. I think you might have a drug dealer in the block or nearby- cars beeping all night on Thursday, 2 people handing small packages to people in cars all hours of the night- wouldn't have been so noisy if it was cooler but we needed the windows open. Totally out of your control, but might be worth mentioning for families with children who are light sleepers. The parking is a bit dodgy, so I parked out the front which was free 6pm-8:30am. Kitchen only had 2 bowls and limited cutlery, could do with getting some more. All in all an amazing place to stay, super comfortable.

Parking not suitable for our vehicle with no advance warning. Host not very helpful with alternative parking. Mattress in ensuite room uneven and needs replacing, Insufficient crockery and cutlery and only 2 chairs at table for 4 people. Shower difficult to operate safely without getting scalded. Key fob didn't work so no front door access.
