It's a stunning apartment in a central but quiet area of Hull, just a short walk from the city center and the cathedral, you have everything close by. Comfortable beds, especially the wonderful leather sofa in the living room. Everything was impeccable. And to top it off, there's parking. Thank you very much.

The apartment was in a central location, about a 2 min walk from town centre. The apartment was lovely and perfect for our needs. There were a few minor issues but when I reported it to the manager he sorted it within 24 hours. He was really committed and did a quick check in via text after to check we were happy. For this reason we would definitely stay again as there will always be little problems with stays but it is the response of the people in charge that makes the difference.
The master bed was really hard and we struggled to sleep in it.

The location was spot on. Good size apartment plenty of space for the family.
The apartment wasn't clean on arrival. Bath had hair in. The whole apartment needed a hoover. Rubbish found behind draws in main bedroom. Food in the fridge. I have a family member allergic to dog hair. We found the rug was covered as was the couch and it triggered her allergy. Pets are allowed which is fine but it wasn't cleaned properly. Bedding was stained specially the 2nd bedroom looked like it hasn't been washed.

Other than the location we didn't like anything about the apartment :-(
The whole apartment was very dirty the bathroom was exceptionally bad there was no running hot water in the bathroom the hot water taps trickled out not usable at all. there was very little storage for our clothing in the bedrooms just 1 small rickety wardrobe 1 chest of draws and 2 small bedside cabinets in bedroom 1 and the second bedroom only had 1 open clothes rail and 1 small bedside cabinet the bed was a double which was extremely low in fact it was flat to the floor and nearly filled the entire floor space it was pushed tight up to the left hand side wall and you had too walk over the bed to get to the right hand side where there was only approximately 24 inches of floor space if that. there was a utility cupboard which housed things such as the ironing board sweeping brushes etc everything was just thrown in in a big pile it looked like a bomb had hit it this just summed up the whole apartment it really was a disgrace there had clearly never been any maintenance carried out on the property there was an old makeup brush in one bed side . All the bedding was dirty on both beds the full block of apartments including inside the apartment smelt of damp . Even the paintwork on the walls where dirty. the foot bin in the kitchen was broken the foot peddle was just a metal bar as the plastic piece had broken off meaning you couldn't open it with your foot as it would hurt. we couldn't gain access to the apartments main waist bins outside so we where told to use the neighboring apartments bins! Every time i used the other apartments bins i was waiting for them to complain very unnerving. The tv was faulty the volume adjusted itself high and low completel by itself very spooky also it would loose reception for long periods of time leaving us with no tv at all.
