We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we won't be present at the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist via phone or message should you need anything at all.

Another great house with Graham & Helen, beautiful spotlessly clean house. There were 5 of us staying plenty of room for us all bonus of parking right ourside

This was a very comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay, and the location is excellent for Old Town and the centre of Hull. Our questions were quickly addressed. The lack of washing/drying facilities was an inconvenience, as we had several more days of our trip still to go. I would recommend this accommodation.

This place has a great location and was clean and tidy. Pretty basic interior, no laundry, no dining room ( fold out table and chairs).Possibly a water leak or old leak...vey musty smell in Kitchen...
