The property fitted our requirements for the weekend perfectly.
Lots of rooms amd sleeping options for the 6 people.
The location was ideal with only a 20 minute stroll into the city centre.
Property was clean and well kept with all the facilities available if required to use.
Good communication with simple access instructions.
Nice touch of a pool table although a little tired provided us a few hours of fun.
A couple of damaged kick panels in kitchen but nothing that spoiled our stay they are just general maintenance issues

The comfort of the beds and sofa are excellent. The house is large and was plenty of space to relax.
The house was lacking a few key items: bathroom bin, preferably with a lid, oven gloves; anything to dry pots with, kitchen and bathroom blinds/curtains. The oven could do with a bit of a clean too. The pool table was great for the kids, although with full size cues it's a bit tricky with the space, needs a spirit level check too.
Some plastering on internal walls could bring it to a higher score.
