In the centre of Hull’s old town with it’s famous real ale trail, the Deep aquarium and city centre shops.This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
Note the internal doors have self closers so may not be suitable for elderly people or children

Guests have access to the kitchen lounge ground floor cloak room four bedrooms and two bathrooms
Four bedrooms over three floors, two with views towards the marina and the deep, two overlooking the minster and old town.
Access to Hull town centre with the old town literally on your doorstep
The marina and Humber street bars and restaurants just over the new pedestrian bridge
The Deep award winning aquarium with over 5000 animals is a short walk over the pedestrian river bridge
There is a fourth floor used by the housekeepers and not accessible to guests along with a locked landing cupboard
Please be aware that this property requires a damage deposit to be paid which is returned in full three days after check out if the property is left in good condition
