Was staying to celebrate a birthday. The place is huge and accommodated us all with no issues. Perfect place if have a smaller budget and just want a clean and comfy place to stay.Location is fantastic for going into town shopping and lots of establishments nearby to eat and drink. The children really enjoyed the stay and loved playing the football game. The kitchen has everythihg you could possibly need. Have had to promise the children that we will rebook and stay again. Perfect place for ona budget

Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) Property manager was contactable the week before and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. Nice sized bedrooms and living/dining area. Parking close by, just a short, round the corned walk to access the property. We had 5 cars to park as we were all from different locations so travelled separately, it was frowned upon by someone who also used the parking area to access their shop, but we all got parked there and the cars were left for the full weekend with no issues. People in the yard were very friendly and we even got invited to a Bikers party that they were having one evening. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, mugs, plates etc. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided although we did bring our own. Cleaning products and tea towels also provided, along with shower gel and hand soap in the toilets. Highchair, ironing board and iron also at the property and washing machine if needed. Overall it was a fantastic place to get together with family! Recommend!
