What a great find. We were a large mixed age family group attending for a wider family event in the nearby area. The rooms were great and there were all the amenities we needed. We'd happily stay again in a heartbeat. Graham was super accommodating, and the last minute drop off of coffee was a godsend for the morning!!!
There weren't really any downsides, but one member of the group had limited mobility and there were quite a few stairs. It didn't impact our stay but it might be something to be mindful of for others. The accommodation is in the town centre so there were nearby venues that were quite lively late into the eveningover the weekend, but again it didn't disrupt our stay as many of the rooms were at the back of the property.

Great location, large and spacious, lots of room for people.
Only issue for some is the entry as the front door is located up a metal stair case, would be very difficult for disabled people and push chairs/prams.

A really spacious flat, in the centre of Darlington. It couldn’t be in a more convenient spot. The flat is very well stocked and the showers are excellent. A choice of rooms with comfortable beds and a great view of the street outside from the living room’s bay windows. There’s a cute cobbled yard at the back, with quirky sculptures nesting amongst plants.
There are a couple of pubs close by, so there’s some noise from people leaving.

Back stairs bit of a struggle for pensioners but not a big problem would come back again
