Perfect location, stunning views, spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location with fabulous views. Lovely beach and restaurants close by. Dog friendly flat but still clean and tidy. Plenty of space for us to relax in without being on top of each other on rainy days. This was our second trip and probably won't be our last.

Beautiful location to stay and a well decorated apartment

Beautiful location, lovely property which is very nicely decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Property really supported us with an extra night stay at short notice as we’re still unable to get back into our home. Lovely Italian minute away which I did not even know was there

The location was amazing with a wonderful view of the sea and the lighthouse. The property was decorated beautifully. Lovely aspect and lovely spacious rooms. Parking was directly outside.

Clean modern spacious and excellent location.

Nothing that fell into disliked but written guide/handbook would have helped understand where to put rubbish and what can be binned. Kitchen had all essentials but no frying pan.

A lovely place in a wonderful position, just let down by poor quality bedding.

The property is large and has been stylishly refurbished. It is well equipped and very clean. The views are just amazing, and the location is ideal for access to Seaburn and the city centre.

It was all let down by poor quality bedding. The fitted sheet wasn’t big enough for the bed, and the corners pinged off the mattress every time we got in. The sheets were also not great quality. A shame because the flat was otherwise very good, and the issue of the bedding could easily be rectified.

Lovely apartment and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

Excellent location

Small additions to the kitchen like tin foil, cling film etc would help. Also, everywhere clean except for down the side of the sofa(which my husband found out by accident and was less than impressed)

An enjoyable stay in a well located, comfortable flat

Location, easy check in procedure, allocated parking, good decor, comfortable bed, good facilities.

No welcome pack with things like Wi-Fi instructions, guide to operating the Smart TV, etc. Shortage of cutlery if more than 2 people staying. Issue with bathroom sink plug sticking down, although a maintenance man attended when requested and he fixed it. The movement sensor ceiling light in hall seemed a good idea, but in practice it wakens your partner if you get up in the night to go to the loo. Lastly, the automatic door closers are too strong and seem to make a loud thud whether you let the door go as intended or try to close it quietly. Again this is an issue if you get up in the night.

Lovely place - we’ll be back

Lovely and clean with a good view of the beach and pier. Nicely warm. The waterfall shower was lovely.

A minor quibble would be the option for a firmer pillow but quite honestly we had to think hard to even come up with that! - it was ideal for our short stay

Great location. Large comfortable rooms. Warm and clean. Lots of facilities.

We'd bring our own towels next time as there were only 2 small bath towels and 1 hand towel. The parking space was small but luckily there was nobody using one of the spaces next to us so we could park a little over the line.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The stay here was amazing from start to finish, the apartment was immaculate and has everything you need, all kitchen equipment etc. The apartment is very cosy and you cannot hear anything from neighbours, the views of the seafront just make up the whole stay. The host aswell went above and beyond for us she was lovely and replied to any messages with any questions etc straight away. We will 100% be back and I highly recommend.

Wonderfully relaxing.

The entrance hall and apartment were spotlessly clean. All of the rooms are lovely and spacious, furnished simply but comfortable. The view from our top-floor apartment was beautiful. Heating was automatically timed but temperature can be adjusted for the apartment.

The duvet was a really high-tog winter duvet, which was far too much, especially given that the apartment is comfortably heated. There are a few low eaves in the top-floor (attic) apartment so it's quite easy to bang your head if you forget!

Beautiful apartment and location

The location is brilliant, apartment was lovely and clean and spacious

We didn't get given the codes for the doors until after our check in time which was a bit of a worry, I had to call and chase it but it was sorted quickly after that. There was also no Oven Gloves for the Oven, which would have been handy. The bath water also wasn't hot enough in my opinion but that could just be personal preference!

Great location, view was amazing! Decor nice enough!

Floor was sunken in the lounge! Felt like you were walking uphill, very uneaven! Pillows were awful, had to go out and buy Pillows! Carpets stained everywhere. 2 small towels for our 3 day stay, but were stained and looked dirty! Had to go out and buy towels! Hole in the floor in the bedroom right to the floorboards.

Location was great and easy to access. Host was super quick to reply if any questions! The Apartment was super clean and spacious and the view was beautiful. Good facilities and coffee and tea was provided . We would stay there again.

The mattresses could have been a little better and the light sensor in the foyer was very sensitive, so each time you went to the bathroom in the night it switched on - so we felt this was not necessary.

Nice location but apartment needs some more attention.

Location is good close to the beach. Dedicated parking in front.

Cleaning was not great. Kitchen and bathroom floors should be wiped between customers. There was a lingering smell, possibly from dogs. Since hosts accepts dogs, one may have to live with some but better deodorizing would have been welcome. Miffed at why there was no welcome packet at all so guests have to figure out everything on their own. Freezer needs defrosting.

Everything we needed was there. Very clean and walking distance to the beach. Lovely little place.Parking is in front of the property. The owner was very helpful as I forgot my bag and she kept it for me safely.

Lovely Apartment in Great location

The apartment was roomy and clean, it was great that there was a hair dryer, fan and iron and ironing board, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets etc. The bed was comfortable and the view was stunning. Great parking right outside and very easy to use codes to get in and get in to the key box

There was a constant beeping from outside in the hallway which happened quite regularly, including during the night. You could hear it from inside the apartment
