In you’re coming to Sunderland I suggest that you stay here!!

Beautiful house, beds very comfortable. Great responses from the owner. If you’re staying in Sunderland for the Stadium of Light then I highly recommend you book here. Fantastic value for money and there was a store next door to grab your shopping.

Only slight negative was that when we turned up the heating wasn’t working, I rang the owner and they got a plumber out to us within 10mins which was great. In the meantime we discovered the electric had tripped. Only other thing was the lack of easy access plug sockets next to the beds.

It was an amazing stay

The apartment was really beautiful and well managed

It was really cold, some of the heating was not working, thankfully someone came in to fix it after we arrived. The bathroom was damp and not really clean

Heating was not working in two of the three rooms. Those rooms were freezing. The brief said it had a portable heater but could not locate that. Very small dining area with only 3chairs.

Very disappointing and well below the standard I was expecting

Location was in a very run down part of Sunderland. The house was very below standard on everything, cleanliness, shabby, and broken furniture. Lamps in bedroom no plug near. Radiator not working in bedroom. Mouldy bread in cupboard.

More than adequate accommodation in which I would readily stay in again.

An older property but was clean and larger than expected and well equipped. The downstairs rooms were comfortable. Access was easy and straight forward. Parking outside too was simple. The heating downstairs was excellent. (see below for upstairs) Heating controls simple to operate unlike many others I've come across. We were not disappointed however and would readily stay again.

My only observation was that whilst the house was excellently heated downstairs, upstairs was different in that in both double bedrooms the radiators didn't work and the beds felt cold on entry. There was however more than adequate bedding supplied along with towels etc. Being native to the area therefore am aware that winters can be cold there and suggest perhaps both radiators need attention (unless I missed how to turn them on)!

The place was generally clean and fresh ut far from "luxury" (the word used in its title.

The rooms were clean and fresh and the pictures, plants and mirrors improved the overall look.

The oven was dirty with grease. We booked for 6 people and there were only 4 sets of cutlery, 4 plates and 4 bowls. There was only 1 bath towel per double bed. The walk into town was too long, around 20 minutes and through an area that felt uncomfortable - I would not recommend it for older people of families.

The house is beautiful inside, wonderfully decorated, and every room is exceptionally clean. Good communication with the landlord. A really warm and pleasant stay. 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend.

This wonderful house is situated in what appears to be an extremely rough area. Some very dodgy goings on by the locals 24 hours a day. There's a closed-down working men's club directly opposite, which has been smashed to pieces and vandalised and a house over the road has had all its windows smashed in and the word "grass" spray painted on the walls and boarded up door😂. If you can see past this, you'll have a wonderful time in this gorgeous house.
