Beautiful house, beds very comfortable. Great responses from the owner. If you’re staying in Sunderland for the Stadium of Light then I highly recommend you book here. Fantastic value for money and there was a store next door to grab your shopping.
Only slight negative was that when we turned up the heating wasn’t working, I rang the owner and they got a plumber out to us within 10mins which was great. In the meantime we discovered the electric had tripped.
Only other thing was the lack of easy access plug sockets next to the beds.

The apartment was really beautiful and well managed
It was really cold, some of the heating was not working, thankfully someone came in to fix it after we arrived.
The bathroom was damp and not really clean

Nice period property. Big rooms. Separate kitchen. Towels provided.
Heating was not working in two of the three rooms. Those rooms were freezing. The brief said it had a portable heater but could not locate that. Very small dining area with only 3chairs.

Really cheap pricing, comfy beds and clean., for a one night theatre trip, this property was fine.
For 8 people we really needed a separate toilet from the bathroom and the area isn't the best.
