This ground floor flat was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very well equipped for our needs. It was a quiet neighbourhood with no passing traffic. Instructions on how to access the key were clear and precise. It was also excellent that we could park securely.

I would have preferred a firmer mattress on the bed, but that is purely down to personal preference; I still slept very well.

Lovely flat, clean, great little garden, welcoming. Definitely stay again.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and located in a quiet area, which is exactly what we look for in a property. Free wifi and a television makes it a home from home. We were very happy with it. It is a 5 minute drive to the clean sandy beaches of Roker and Seaburn, and there's a long, wide promenade which is ideal for walking. Everything was spotlessly clean in the apartment, and we had everything we needed if we wanted to self cater. The host's father, Kevin, was close at hand if we had any problems. Hybrid car added bonus - We enquired about the cost of charging our hybrid car and were told we could use it free of charge, and that the owner would be very happy for us to use it - which we did.

Clean, nice, amazing place. We are feeling safe here and we have everything what we need. Beautiful and area, close to the Beach and any shops. Thank You very much.
