Great communication from the host.
Location was good, easy walking distance from shops, theatre, pubs, eateries.
Parking was a bonus.
Could have been vacuumed prior to us arriving.
Bedding was clean would have looked better for guests if ironed
We were allowed in early so cleaner hadn’t managed everything and we were told they might not have

Nothing really but could do with a hoover leaving out and maybe a fan as it is hot

Parking, friendly host, layout of apartment, providing of milk, towels and facilities in kitchen, location.
The scaffolding, non working heater in main bedroom, howling windows due to needing frames fixing, couple of walls needed painting, blinds need fixing, blackout curtains for bedrooms as blinds let too much light in
