The jacuzzi bath was an absolute hit with the children. The living room was stunning and very comfortable. Massive kitchen too with everything you need.
The mattresses were very uncomfortable and smaller than the bed frame. A few maintenance jobs need to be done but this did not impact on our enjoyment of the stay.

Great location if visiting Sunderland. Friendly owner. Easy to "check in" and owner was flexible with the time. Well appointed clean, secure house. Each bedroom well appointed with table lamps, TV, several electrical plugs. Good shower in bathroom. Quiet location despite being near Ivy House pub. Very secure parking for 1 car.
Mattresses had seen much better days. Very uncomfortable.
