A busy and vibrant area, there are plenty of amenities on your door stop. Shops, pubs, bars, takeaways are all within walking distance. The Empire Theatre, Sunderland Royal Hospital and University City Campus are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
Guests will have full access to the property. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate open plan kitchen and living area. All rooms have comfortable double beds and all basics will be provided such as towels, tea, coffee, toiletries etc.
The property is situated on the top floor of this recently refurbished Victorian property. The property was only completed the previous year so is modern and comfortable and perfect for those visiting the city. Our usual guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the North East and those visiting the university.
The flat is located in such a convenient place you shouldn't really need transport into the city centre. The Park Lane depot has the Metro line which runs throughout the day till late at night and is super efficient. It runs all the way to Newcastle and is cheap to use. Park Lane is also a bus depot so coaches travelling from London up to Scotland all stop off and pick up from here. A few minutes walk further into the city there is the main train station which includes trains from London etc. Again all of this is close enough to walk in Sunderland from the flat. Taxi's are however cheap to use here so that is always an option. If you are visiting for the football then the Stadium of Light is covered by many buses and Metro's throughout the day and is even walkable should you want to.
No Social events or parties allowed.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Please smoke in the rear yard. Bins are provided.
