Beautiful cottage, immaculate, very high standard of finish, everything you could need
Location is on a very busy main road, traffic noise quite significant until the early hours, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s not for you, unless you take earplugs

2nd time I’ve used Five star stays in seamer and both and I’ve stayed at 2 separate properties, both properties have everything you could ask for, smell beautiful, really clean, really comfortable,, absolutely faultless.

High quality property in quiet location.
3 excellent en-suite bedrooms.
Great meal in Mayfield pub ( on site).
Quality fixtures and fittings and well kitted out kitchen.

The beds were comfortable and clean
The to had no reception we were unable to watch anything at all there was no bed for my dog no blankets for her or dishes for her to drink from or eat from as it says in the description not very welcoming 3small tiny cartons of milk in the fridge
