Everything, fantastic property we stay here regularly. Very comfortable and everything has been catered for. Lovely village and fantastic location.

Unfortunately we were asked for a £100 deposit bond which has still not been refunded 4 days later. This is disappointing as we are regular visitors and previously we have just had to leave our card details as security. We don’t have to do this anywhere else.

Brilliant! Home from homes.

What a lovely property. It really felt homely and well catered for. The beds are SO comfy, the area is nice and quiet too, the dogs is comfortable and the kitchen is well kitted out. The back garden was all enclosed fully so my dog could finally go out without a lead on (this is so rare for holiday properties) would definitely stay again.

The house was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We loved the large double bed, and the decor throughout was beautiful. There was a lovely little private courtyard outside, containing several pots still in flower (October). It really was a delightful place to stay.

Everything! The house was perfect for us all and exactly what we needed for our birthday celebration weekend. Everything you needed was in the house, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, amazing decor and lots of space and the fact that each room had an en-suite! Wow! We didn’t want to leave.

Fabulous stay in..

I stayed at the Novello Cottage by Five star Stays for one night and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me warmly. Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. The location was silent and calm. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean in perfect area.

Location was great, nice quiet area. Good for parking in front or behind cottage. Absolutely spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. Nice touch that fans provided in every bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shop right across the road for groceries and linked to Mayfield Hotel if you wanted a drink/meal.

Check out time 10am could have done with an extra hour to leisurely get up have breakfast and pack.

The property was in a good location, very cozy , spacious and well designed.

Just few minor things that could be improved especially when charging that much for a night ., the WiFi wasn’t working, coffee machine wasn’t working and fire place wasn’t working either which ruined our stay a little bit.

Absolutely wonderful, all six of us staying in palladium cottage loved it

It is a beautiful cottage in a lovely village and so close to Peasholm Park and Scalby Mills. The Mayfield Seamer pub is delightful and the Proudfoot shop across the road couldn’t be better

It is on a noisy road so the front facing downstairs bedroom is very open to the road noise

Fabulous- we will definitely be coming back!!!

The property was lovely presented and spacious. We had all the facilities we needed including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc! It had literally everything, even board games/ card games. We were very impressed! The outdoor area was lovely also with a heated lamp to keep you warm- a lovely touch! En suites also in EVERY ROOM (4 bedroom) It was next door to a lovely pub with amazing food and a soft play which was incredible for our little kids! There was also a play park right opposite the road and a supermarket! Close to Scarborough beach, flamingo land etc! Would definitely recommend, it was fabulous!!

Slight mould in downstairs bathroom but that didn’t bother us. That’s all I could think of!

Decorated beautifully, with practical consideration like the vanity tables, hooks on the doors, even dressing gowns. Bedrooms were warm but they all had fans. Outdoor space and private parking ideal.

Some of the windows didn’t open (bathroom especially) and the fan in bathroom didn’t work. Very hot upstairs and the pub played music until way past midnight.

It had everything from child’s chair to travel cot, it had all amenities anyone could need and more, had dishwasher tablets and pods for the washer dryer

Fabulous!

Absolutely immaculate accommodation! We can't praise it highly enough. The beds were really comfortable and there is lots of wardrobe space. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and quality appliances. They have thought of everything. We travel a fair amount and we can honestly say this is the best accommodation we have found, a genuine 10/10. There is always the odd niggle when staying somewhere but there is nothing at all negative in this case. A few minutes drive to Scarborough and fantastic shop across the road. Mayfield pub serves fabulous food! Many thanks.
