It was a lovey cosy cottage, very homely and relaxing. Lovely hot tub.

The location was great for a family reunion with young children and a Border terrier. We had 3 cottages for the 3 families. (Cottages 1, 4 and 5.) Cottage 1 had the largest living area and we could use this to have family meals in, albeit a little chaotic as there were five adults and 4 children age 6 and under. There are plenty of activities for young children within a 30 minute car drive. Really good value for money. Ample parking outside each cottage which had well fitted out kitchens with individual portions of tea, coffee, butter, jam etc to start you off. The beds in Cottage 1 were comfy and the shower room newly fitted out. The kitchens in Cottages 4 and 5 looked new. All cottages had small fridges with a freezer compartment. Housekeeper on site who could help with problems or queries. Petrol stations with small shops within a short drive from the properties.
The bedrooms in Cottages 4 and 5 had double beds in, but due to room size they were pushed against the wall, but for 3 nights the younger couples coped.

Lovely little cottage. Had all the comforts of home. Beds really comfy, had 2 great nights sleep. Despite been next to the road, you can't hear the traffic. The little extras in the fridge were unexpected. I would highly recommend.
