Skipbridge farm is our happy place. We come here every year and stay at the Granary with the hot tub. It is immaculate. The hot tub is so spacious and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and the grounds are beautiful - lots of animals. A very relaxed and comforting stay for us again.

Really lovely host! Great information given before the stay. A lovely unique place to stay. Lots of little extras like cereal and hot chocolate.

Sufficient parking, large space in the property and convenient location for travelling to York.
Road was very noisy although we should have expected this given it is close to the main road. Property could do with a deep clean - animal poo in the conservatory, mouldy bathroom, very dusty and lots of spiders/cobwebs. Debated not staying the evening /raising with owners the cleanliness but due to the heat wave and travelling with a dog we had limited options here and decided to stay as luckily we were only staying for one night.
