Very clean, tidy and well kept bungalow. Warm and cosy. Plenty of parking.

Didn't realise the second double room was located outside. Not a problem though. Towels need replacing.

Great Place - very quiet

Everything was great. Communication was good everything went to plan. It would be nice to have a drop of milk so you can make a quick brew as you arrive before finding a shop.. but realise that’s a bit Extra, although lots of places do that little touch and it is appreciated after a long drive.

Not clean, dirty greasy oven, broken blind in kitchen, poor quality bedding and towels, bedding not ironed. Third bedroom away from the main house. This house was full of personal ephemera in drawers and cupboards. This is not the standard one would expect from a holiday let.

Clean, nice rooms and garden. Lovely house.

For the future guests, they can explain a little bit more that one room is separate the house. We arrived in a rainy evening, so we didn't checked the outside room. You can find it from the garden. We found it in the morning.

Modern bungalow in a nice location.

A clean, modern bungalow in a quiet area. Lovely back garden overlooking fields, with outdoor furniture. A great location for exploring Yorkshire, just off the A1.

Annexe room a little small for ease of movement round the bed. 5 adults had 4 dining chairs. Not a problem for us because of the length of stay, but would be irritating if we'd wanted to have main meals there.

Property was very spacious and comfortable. Well equiped and Jason was very responsive to inquiries. Lovely setting with the gardens and the fields. The conservatory was a lovely feature.
