Bright and spacious apartment

The location in a quiet side road at the top of the town was really close to both local and centre shops. The whole apartment was warm and cosy, modern, spacious, light and beautifully finished. Big bathrooms with nice toiletries, large comfy beds and sofas, plenty of room for 4 people. Parking was easy and free, even with 2 cars.

There was a microwave but no containers or bowls to use in it and the same for the oven, no casserole dishes or similar. Otherwise, fabulous.

Lovely property, well maintained. Very clean. Excellent communication from the owner 😊

Clean, warm, everything we needed including coffee pods for the coffee machine, milk in the fridge and plenty of clean towels. This was our second time of staying in the property.

The roads outside the property got very busy with parking during the week. Outside of windows were very dirty.

Lovely property for the weekend.

Great location for beautiful Harrogate town. lovely big bath in the bedroom. 2nd floor flat so lovely distance views. Bathrooms very modern. Well equipped in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Only 4 chairs around the dining table in the kitchen. Had to rota breakfast but a lovely kitchen.

A lovely, relaxing start to Christmas. Will definitely want to book again.

Tastefully decorated and renovated throughout. Great location, only a 15 minute walk into main town but amenities only 5 minutes round the corner. Owner was brilliant with communication and the apartment was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch.

Coppice Farm House.. 5 Stars, loved it, thanks to hosts for being so helpful!

Location of property was around a 15 minute walk into Harrogate, there were also local facilities a two minute walk away.... including a Sainsbury's local, couple coffee shops and an excellent restaurant called Lilypad. Flat was beautifully decorated with super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and spotlessly clean !!

Beautiful accommodation, well located, excellent value for money.

The accommodation is modern and beautifully presented throughout. Every room is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The self check-in process was straight forward, and the Host was easily contactable and responsive. The Property is well located and a short 10 minute walk to the Centre, but also has a great range of amenities and Cafes/ bars nearby. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly be returning! We would highly recommend Coppice Farm House.

Both accommodation and location were excellent. As a self catering apartment it had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. A short walk into town centre and bars and restaurants.

Great location and accommodation

The property had the ‘wow’ factor. It was tastefully decorated and homely. It had an amazing view from the kitchen. It was nice to be given a pint of milk and pack of white chocolate chip cookies. Finding the generously sized white robes in the front bedroom which housed the bath was a nice surprise, giving it a romantic feel. It was a short drive to the town centre. There was a 3 hour disc zone parking area near the convention centre which was great. Harrogate was lovely and I would recommend a visit.

The place appeared to be immaculately clean but there was a small amount of dust on the front bedroom headboard and tray. Whilst good to not have unpleasant aromas, scented reed diffusers can cause irritation for some people, especially dogs. Perhaps these could be used prior to guests arriving. It was disappointing that the rear bedroom faced a wall and did not have venetian blinds in addition to the curtains like the front bedroom had because they let in too much daylight. It would be preferable to have them in the kitchen for privacy on the window that looks into the courtyard properties too instead of the roller blind. I don’t like uncovered bathroom windows, even if frosted. There was nowhere to put towels in the en suite. The front bedroom mattress and pillows were very comfortable but one of the rear bedroom mattresses dipped in the centre. It was good to be left a fan in each room but having a flat sheet in addition to the duvet would be good for when the temperature makes it too hot to use the duvet but you still want to be covered. It would have been nice having a dressing table in the front bedroom like the rear bedroom has.

Nice comfortable accommodation in good location providing the base for a very enjoyable short break

Well presented, spacious accommodation with parking space off road. Nice location with local shops, cafes within a few minutes walk and a short walk into the town centre. Access info provided in good time.

Only minor comment would be that the bed settee in the lounge was not particularly comfortable for sitting. Not a problem with condition of it. This didn't impact negatively on our visit.

The decor was lovely and it was very comfortable. It was great to have tea, coffee, milk, shower gel etc as we were only staying a few nights and we’re coming from abroad.

Lovely flat with all the facilities

Really nice flat, great kitchen, en-suite bathroom in one of the rooms (with an additional bathtub). Several of the coffee shops nearby were dog friendly and there was also a small Sainsbury's. Only a 15 minute walk from the town centre but there was a bus stop at the top of the road (3 buses/hour).

These are not in any way complaints just observations. The staircase up to the flat is quite steep so people who aren't as nimble as they used to be might find it an issue. It would be nice, as it's a dog friendly flat, for there to be some information as to where the nearest park for the dog was, it's not actually very far it just took me a day to find it.

Brilliant, well presented property that was easily big enough for a family

Having stayed in a number of places in Harrogate this one stands out and will be staying again. Location is good, near to town centre, 10 minute walk and lots of ships within 2 minute walk. Main bedroom was huge with large en-suite. It was the little things that made the difference, quality bedding, towels, toiletries, and a good well stocked kitchen. What clinched it was that the second bedroom can be either a double or two singles. Must recommend the local butchers just round the corner for best pies and scotch eggs!

The apartment was stunning, extremely well presented, and very homely. It had everything we needed, well thought out.

The only minor, and it is very minor and more personal preference. I felt the bed was too soft, not supportive. Hubby thought it was fine.

Lovely break away in Harrogate

This apartment is fantastic. Quality fixtures ,fittings, beds and accessories throughout the apartment. Excellent location ,short walk or bus ride into town centre. Nice quiet residential area.

Would suggest that the male owner gets some help for anger management and a course on Customer service skills as soon as possible.
