Great communication on any issues that arose. Perfect size house for a family weekend near the seaside.

There were 9 family members in our group and the property was a perfect size for us all. Great location for Grimsby/Cleethorpes. Close to everything. Great for parking of more than 1 car.

Some of the beds and mattresses could really do with replacing but the owners are great with communication and appreciated the feedback I sent.

We have a complaint about the the accomodation being double booked, the way it was handled, the instructions given to the other group to put our belongings out on the street and to call the police on us, the lack of effort to contact me, all because it was double booked between booking.com and Airbnb. Loads of room and all the facilities you’d require for your stay.

Value for money house

Large house so plenty of room to move around in for both adults and children that were in our party we normally book a mobile home but the space and rooms were so much more comfortable. than a mobile home.parking was outside the house both drive and roadside for our two cars was a bonus too.we had a problem with the TV and this was delt with by the owner very quickly overall I'd say value for money and I'd book again

The area of the house is not the best but we had no problems with this.the kitchen and bathrooms are dated but everything worked mayb new bedding would be a good addition but overall value for money

Very disappointed…… I booked it for my sons weddings was a convenient location but felt dirty! Honestly one of the worst

So dirty we left!

Nothing. We left within minutes of arriving having called the owner to discuss.

We didn't stay in the house as it was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupants left. Beds contained the skin (and bodily fluids) shed by others, towels were wet and stained and no clean ones had been left out, sheets were stained, bobbly and clearly very old and the whole place had a neglected air. I spoke to the owner who agreed to a full refund so we booked into a hotel.

Perfect!

I would never expect to find an air fryer in a place so this was an extra bonus. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very lovely place to stay.

Okay for last minute stay/large groups

This was booked very last minute and since travelling with a dog there wasn’t many places available. Good location, very spacious, ideal for families.

The heating didn’t work even though followed the instructions, could hear every step in the house, out of all of the beds only one was comfortable. Cleaning could be better.

The house was warm.clean.spacious.well equipped and homely.nice touches.books jigsaws etc.kitchen had everything you could need.table was set.the house was close to town.great communication and information from the owners.

Great value for money and would highly recommend. We will likely be booking again in the future

The house was really good, tonnes of space and pretty much everything you need was supplied. Everything was clean and tidy and we are planning to book again in the future. Cheap and cheerful and more than Ideal for a large group to book for a long weekend stay. This isn't a hotel so you will need to bring toiletries etc with you, there are more than enough local shops to get what you need though.

Its a bit rough around the edges but personally that didn't bother me as I wasn't booking the Ritz.

Disappointing

The room we're mosty clean the beds we're ok clean. The living room was clean.i would say 70% clean, so not too bad, and they are looking into getting a deep clean for the house.

The kitchen was dirty, and the bathroom had hair in. And the was a sweet on of the bedroom floor that was chood up.
